everything was great from location to cleanliness of the apartment

I found the overall experience to be excellent. However, I suggest a slight enhancement: It would be beneficial to provide two coffee pads instead of one, aligning with the expectations of a 4-star establishment . Additionally, during turndown service, it would be appreciated if the room staff could ensure the washing of dirty glasses and cleaning of the patio ashtray.

- It wasn’t that clean when we arrived( bathroom at least) - a bit cold and it seems in Tuscany they never heard about double sheet for blanket :)). I didn’t liked the fact that the blanked seemed a bit , well, not hygienic, let’s call it that way. - sometimes the water had low pressure - their restaurant is decent , I found better locations in the area if you are looking for dinner or launch ( I mean the pasta was bellow average if you ask me.. I had better in Lucca , Volterra and even near the location it’s a nice family restaurant with great pasta ). - The owner, I think it was, each night was staying like a chef commander observing everything.. I ignored him since I don’t care but maybe it’s better to leave someone else to make some good Tuscany vibes ( you know, like learn some English and talk to people )

- Great location with a cool pool.. kinda in the middle of Tuscany so if you have a car you can visit almost all places that are recommended. - Free parking - A bit isolated

The restaurant has no vegan option à la carte. However the chef made something extra.

Great breakfast, great panorama pool, great spa area, great restaurant. Everything we needed was there for the kitchen (soap for dishes, sponge). All in all it is a very good place to relax.

The only thing we didn’t like was the water pressure in the shower. On our last morning, the water actually ceased to trickle out altogether.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It was clean, quiet and the staff were amazing! The breakfasts were plentiful and had good variety. The pool was an added bonus as was the spa.

The location was amazing in this beautiful valley surrounded by fields and vines.! We arrived in the evening to a beautiful house with an amazing pool and garden. The service was excellent. We had our dinner at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. The following day we spent near the pool in a complete tranquility. Breakfast was good with a variety of options and the room was big and spotless

The water in the pool could have been warmer as it was difficult to use during the day due to the cold at night. Only an advice: perhaps it would be useful to provide half-board options to the reservation possibilities so we don’t have to search restaurants - if we would eat something else than gourmet foods- among the villages in the area, although the scenery is very beautiful for travel :)

It’s very close to the nature, elegant & quality, but we still felt the atmosphere of Tuscany. Great place to relax, nice view and good foods and drinks. We really enjoyed to be here!

Very calm and at the same time family friendly hotel. The swimming pool is great in the summer heat and has a great view, overlooking a sunflower field. We stayed at one of the apartments which was very practical with children. We were able to prepare simple dinner for them one day they were too tired to go out. We also enjoyed dinner at the resort’s restaurant a couple of nights. The food was very good and the outdoor setup is beautiful in the evening. We would definitely come back.

There is nothing negative to say about this beautiful place, but bring some bug spray.

The resort was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and have everything you need. Every room has irs own bathroom with individual access. We liked that the Spa is private but you have to book it first. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The pool has an amazing view of the hills and is located very well. Simply beautiful!

The property is amazing and very well maintained. The pool area, the restaurant area, the lounge area are all enjoyable. For sure the pictures of this property is not making any favor to it: for sure it is better in reality than in pictures!!! If we knew, we will have stay more than a night! And for sure, the best breakfast ever!!!

We made the mistake of opening our windows at dusk to let the air in after a hot day. Unfortunately, we spent the night hiding under sheets from so many mosquitoes in our room. Tip: turn airco on and close everything!

Beautiful location with typical Tuscan setting. Our room was well presented, clean and with beautiful views. Pool area was a welcome addition if you want to quickly cool off or just read a book. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Hotel also has a fantastic restaurant serving fine local produce - try one of the 4-course set menus with wine if you want to indulge!
