We loved it all! We stayed in "the apartment" which was 2 bdrm 2bath with a living room area and kitchenette. They had strong air conditioners in each room which was wonderful. The beds were, I believe, King size and medium firmness/soft. The staff was amazing helping with meals, cleaning, and suggestions on activities. We used the pool and spa room which were both pristine clean and fun. The food was great, we ate breakfast lunch and dinner here regularly. Really cute indoor and outdoor seating on a shady, lush hillside.

Breakfast was very simple, just one vegan position. Juice was from the pack, not tasty. Bad quality of meat positions, smells not good. Little choice of everything. Common, it is Toscany, amazing. Where are good food?

There's nothing you can't like staying there. Perfect spot for relaxation in the middle of Tuscany. The only thing we are for is that we stayed only for a night. Staff is amazing, always smiling and ready to help. We had an amazing dinner under the garden light in a very romantic vibe. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hotel is well managed and clean. Room is big and has a beautiful outstanding view. It was a perfect end of our honeymoon trip through the Italy and we are looking forward to come back :)

Everything was lovely, the only feedback is i would say if you have children, the pool area had lots of people that wanted to relax so was concious of children making noise.

The staff were all very welcoming and couldn't do more for you. The cleaning team were excellent and cleaned daily. The location is lovely and well located for a base to explore pisa, florence, siena etc. Food was excellent (we had lunch and dinner) Breakfast included in stay which was a great start to the day!

Hard to change anything - too good!

Wonderful room, large, spacious and air conditioned. TV provided, all Italian channels, as to be expected. Kettle, Tea, coffee etc plus a small fridge provided. Balcony, which was completely private and could be closed off using shutters at night. Staff were exceptional in their help and support, as my wife is registered disabled an suffers from severe arthritis, so even though they did not have a ground floor room available the help was always there. Molly, our husky, was made more than welcome, even offered a "doggy" treat on arrival! The staff appear to love dogs of all breeds! I can't comment on the facilities, as we were only there for one night, but the grounds looked wonderful, the pool very inviting, and I saw that there was also a fitness suite and jacuzzi. We ate our evening meal at the hotel, (there does not seem to be any facilities for food elsewhere within the near vicinity), however, that being said, we had an absolutely wonderful meal, very reasonably priced! Also, the serving staff were attentive and "good for a laugh"! The breakfast was, as I expected after the evening meal, full of choice, well presented and exceeded our expectations - whether we wanted hot food, continental food, cereals, fruit or croissants etc -- it was all there for the consumption! Excellent coffee and a choice of juices!

The view from the pool is stunning, but it would get very busy at points and not enough sunbeds/shaded areas for the number of people staying at the hotel.

Staff are extremely friendly. They even accomodated us arriving early. The views and setting are stunning. Rooms nice, large, bright and super clean, with lovely toiletry products as well! Really enjoyable stay.

Unfortunately by the time we arrived after a long drive, on a very hot day hoping to jump in the pool to cool off, we found out exactly that day the pool was closed due to problems. That was unfortunate cause it was also the second time that happened in our trip around italy. They were nice though to let us have a late checkout so we can use the pool the next day.

It was a very cozy, beautiful place with nice spacious rooms, great views and a nice location. The staff was so friendly and they truly went their way to let us feel welcome and special. Also they said hi to our dog and gave her a special doggo biscuit.

Superb staff. my room was smiling cigarette but the stuff tried their best to walk around the problem. rooms are very comfortable and this place is a great value if you wanna visit Pisa and Florence by car.
