We were not permitted to use the lift. Also, the apartment wasn’t very well equipped with glasses, crockery etc. At first, we could not even find the crockery, due to the cupboard not having a handle! The shower cubicle was in need of a good clean.

Mould in the shower, beds were not super comfortable for us (but that is because we prefer hard beds). Not a lot of amenities, only two dinner plates, one large bowl, a small plate and small bowl. No lift available and a few flights of stairs to climb which can be hard with heavy luggage.

Location was great. Value for money was good. The area of the apartment was large which was really nice.

The location is fantastic, it is in the middle of the city center. To get to the apartment you will have to climb some stairs but you will get used to that quickly. The apartment is very big and looks very nice as well. There are lots of closets so you can easily stay there with a group of people.

No duvet covers and when highlighted on day one noone fixed until next day despite 3 follow ups - had to use duvets that were visibly dirty. Really disappointing Flat was on 3rd floor and lift broken Flat in general poor repair - looks like had been student accommodation and not well cared for. No knives in kitchen. Shower didn't drain properly. Main shower head tap broken so couldn't use.

We booked for a two room apartment for two people. That is one room each when we got there only one double bed was made up and no beds where prepared in the ohter room. We managed to find some bedding to make up another bed but we couldnt decicde if it had been used or not. I had previously sent a message to ask for two double beds. Also we couldnt use the TV as there were no controls for it. It was ver noisey at night until the early hours of the morning so it was difficult to get any sleep.

The flat was not very well equipped, some important kitchen utensils missing and not even salt available. The building is quite noisy at night but that comes with the good location in the middle of the city center which is loud. Service was not great. They asked us to confirm our arriving time in advance and they were asking for updates all the time. Finally we arrived at the flat and the cleaning was not done. They delivered the flat weet and unfinished, eventhough they knew exactly the time we were coming.

There was nothing extra and the minimum stuff was missing. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. I would think that there would be at least more than 3 tiny buts of TP. We did purchase 4 rolls. Curious if it will be left for remaining guests.

Internet was not working. We asked to fix this to no avail, it worked for a day and turned off again. There are no plates and glasses for wine, the kettle is leaking, a lot of broken small appliances and furniture. There was dust on the shelves, and there was someone else's sock under the bed. The apartments are very nice, but completely sloppy and negligently maintained. The company has no desire to make the guests' stay enjoyable. If you have the opportunity to choose others, do so.

Really disappointing experience of apartment and Booking. Com. Many issues: We had no WIFI- which we requested be fixed but wasn’t despite being “included” in the cost of the accommodation. We were also misinformed by our check in contact how to access the apartment. We were told we could drive into the traffic zone and purchase a ticket afterwards via the parking lot. We drove to the apartment to drop our bags based on the advice. However ran into multiple issues and weren’t able to purchase a ticket which will now result an expensive from the authorities. We also contacted Booking. com with our complaint…no response or rectification of the issue.

Nothing major but it is on the 4th floor and we couldn’t get the small lift to work - none of the keys seemed to fit. it wasn’t a big problem as we sent one of us up the stairs to call the lift when moving luggage etc. It is on a major road so there was some noise from the streets and surrounding restaurants- not enough to be a problem though.

Excellent location close to all the major sights, spacious apartment as seen on the photos, well equipped and clean, gelataria just across the road! Would stay there again.

The location is very good, in the central of Bologna. Really big apartment, comfortable for 6 people. Mr. Ramon helped us to find bike rental company.

We were charged 40 euros for late check in. We were given just one set of keys (we were 5), so we had to move together at all times. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and n order to use the lift (which can be used only by 2, maximum 3 persons at the same time) you need a key, so some of us had to climb the stairs each time. the apartment provides nothing extra (no coffee, water etc). When we asked where the toilet paper is stored the exact answer was: "We offer only paper for the first moments, not for the whole stay, you must buy yours" (and we just stayed for 2 1/2 days). The shower has to be fixed (not enough water pressure).

Excellent location! the apartment is spacious and can easily host up to 6 persons. Nothing more than that.
