Actually they are minor but worth mentioning. There was a bad smell in the entrance of the restaurant, also the plates didn't smell good.

The view from our room was exceptional and made our short trip a memorable one, the hotel was perfectly located on a small hill, which made the view from the hotel superb. Our room was beautiful, spacious, clean, with a large balcony. A highly recommended property for anybody thinking of visiting Como lake. The outside breakfast area is amazing, you would never have enough from the picturesque views of the lake and the surrounding area. breakfast was OK. All the staff were polite and tentative. Most definitely would stay again

We noticed ants in our room but the hotel was quick to send someone in to clean and spray bug spray to help with the problem, but that isn't to say the room was not clean or well maintained. Italy doesn't use air conditioning except in the summer months (July, August) so we had to sleep with the windows open at night to stay cool. The breeze through the open windows felt nice but did let mosquitos and other bugs into the room.

The view was amazing! The apartment is located just outside of Bellagio on the hillside overlooking the town and the lake. They provided a shuttle service that ran every 15-30 minutes to drop guests off into downtown Bellagio. The staff was very helpful, they provided information about the water taxis and how to get around town. Our room was clean, spacious, and provided lots of amenities such as a private kitchenette, large bathroom and shower, and several patios to enjoy the view. They also provided private parking either outside or in a garage so there were no worries about driving to the location as parking can be a premium in the area. The resort also had a swimming pool that was beautiful and clean. The water was cold but we still enjoyed a swim while overlooking the mountains. They was also a free breakfast buffet in the mornings that had a large variety of food and drinks.

Our aircon didn’t work in the room which wasn’t ideal

The view from our room looking over the lake was just amazing, you almost forget about anything else. It was very clean, the staff were helpful, the shuttle service into Bellagio was great value and very frequent and the breakfast was great with lots of choices.

Food menu was quite limited. No coffee making facilities in the room. Which seemed strange for an Italian hotel.

Nothing I would change! It is far from the main town but the hotel offers a shuttle bus so it was no problem!

My recent stay at Borgo Le Terrazze in Lake Como was nothing short of magical. Not sure why they charge to use the shuttle to go to Lake Como. The shuttle runs back and forth all day. That service should be included.

The breakfast buffet offers the same options daily. No fitness center or spa facilities.

The staff and the view are amazing. Rooms very clean and spacious with all amenities. Parkings available and all is super safe.

Amazing view, easy to find and access by car, near downtown and with a very fair price. We really appreciated everything. The park is a plus and the breakfast very good. Again, the view is breathtaking! Thank you for hosting us.

The only thing we would comment, is the area as a whole was fairly quiet: this may have been due to us arriving early April, but Bellagio was definitely more of a ‘day trip’ location to us, rather than a location to stay a couple of nights in.

Cannot think of anything I didn't like.

Did not have a care in the world while we were there. The room was large and very clean with a fantastic view of the lake and surrounding towns. Hanging out on the veranda at night with a bottle of wine was just bellissimo. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen staff did not speak much English but you know what people... learn some Italian and help them out! They are very appreciative and eager to help and all very nice folks.

The view was absolutely spectacular as was the guest services when it came to making arrangements for transportation, dinner, etc. Breakfast staff and breakfast were wonderful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

There is nothing bad to possibly say. This place is a paradise.

The view was the most spectacular thing I have ever seen in my life. Our balcony remains my most favorite place that I have ever been in the world. The staff was wonderful. Everything was perfect.

Nothing, the property was fabulous. We had a hire car which helped, perhaps without a hire car and relying on the shuttle bus it would be more inconvenient, but the staff seemed very willing to please us.
