Breakfast could have had a few healthy or savoury snacks as well (there were a lot of cakes and sweets) but I was able to find something I liked. Oranges and coffee were delicious. I liked the room, but if I had travelled with someone else, it could have been a little awkward as the shower/toilet area had a window pointing towards the room/bed, so there would have not been any private area to change clothes etc.

The location was great! Very comfy bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating of all my needs and requests throughout my visit.

The refrigerator was not working, and the entryway door handle fell off. The staff was very gracious when we shared our concerns.

The staff did a wonderful job communicating before, during, and after our trip. The view of the lake was spectacular from the balcony, and many restaurants, bars, and other services were very close.

it is right in the middle of things - so if you like very quiet and private, this might not be best choice. However pretty quiet inside even when louder outside.

we stayed in the Suite with Balcony and Lake - split level and it was very nice, clean and quite charming. The location was right in the middle of the nightlife - walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. The balcony looks out over the lake and restaurants. it was perfect for us. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Breakfast was disappointing.... Bed and pillows weren't very comfortable...lovely large windows but needed heavier curtains as lights from street very bright all night.

Location was excellent.....friendly and very helpful receptionist, easy to park on road, once you mastered the ticket machine.

Excellent view from the balcony with table and chair. The price for the minibar in the room was very honest, you could feel comfortable to get what you need from it. Nice decorated room with some curios twist. Help to enjoy a romantic week end. Breakfast at 50mt, but with lake view 👌

Unfortunately our room was a bit dark as it was located in a backstreet and only had very few windows. Furthermore, the floor was not overly clean.

Our room was nicely furnished and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and supportive. The good breakfast is served directly by the lakeside, which is very nice.

We had booked a junior suite based on the photos of it appearing to have an annex or separate sitting area. We were given a really small room with paper thin walls to the next room. When I asked where the junior suite was, I was told the room in the photos was unavailable and I should have called ahead to book that specific room. Breakfast was pretty limited to crusty bread, cakes and a small amount of fruit. We didn’t even receive napkins or water.
