Access roads not so good

Very friendly and attentive reception and restaurant stuff. Our deluxe room with a balcony had comfortable mattress and a comforter good for spring chilly nights. But furniture and bathrooms were quite old for the 5 star hotel. The hotel restaurant had a good chef. It was convenient to have a dinner on the site after busy day of exploring. Hotel is located in a beautiful country side and it is 15 min drive to the nearest town Polignano a Mare. Hotel provides also a shuttle for a dinner to the town. Access country roads to the hotel are very bumpy and narrow.

Nicely renovated, stylish masseria in the countryside. Easy to access by car. We are grateful for the free upgrade to sea-view rooms. Helpful staff, delicious breakfast.

The internet was very patchy in the room even with a the booster. The restaurant was great but the bar sandwiches (club) was terrible

no iron in room. had to ask over 3 times and daily . gym not open until 1000 am . gym requires a reservation impacting on sight seeing . indoor pool similarly needs a reservation! extremely poor wifi speed . a long drive into town . terrible roads . farmland .

Located in a beautiful,rural part of Puglia, great pool, amenities and spa with an ocean view.

Biggest negative was inability to get food at “off times” (late afternoon) or to get a regular dinner if a special event happening which was additional high cost. For nightly price, food should be available more readily. That being said, the dining staff work extremely hard setting up these events.

Staff is friendly & attentive, very helpful. Breakfast buffet has many choices, very fresh fruit.

Upon check in, with my family of 5, we were told spa treatments were included in our package, therefore, we each scheduled a massage. To our surprise at checkout, we were told that they weren’t included in the cost. I had to pay over $500 extra since we each booked a massage. I was very disappointed.

The property is beautiful, so relaxing and romantic. It’s close to the beaches, only a 10 minute drive. We loved it!

Every member of the staff I dealt with went above and beyond in order to assist me. The staff members were uniformly cheerful and friendly. The buffet breakfast and the breakfast staff in attendance were excellent. My room was roomy and comfortable. The grounds of the resort are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The inside and outside decor is tastefully done and very eye-pleasing. The pool area is lovely and a great place to relax.

No arrangment for late check out (even with extra price) For this kind of standard you could expect a better management action. Outdoor pool under slight wind. Not many activities proposed. However the area offers many many attractions for a 30mn car ride

Great staff: welcoming, carefull, dedicated. Charming typical isolated parcelling. Beautifull. Quiet in the hinterland. Classy sober, the place is restfull. Quality food (special mention for great buffet breakfast. Just not the scramble eggs..like any other hotel) Catering team top service!! SPA is efficient. (You need to get organized, especially if resort is crowded)

Only thing I hate to mention was the door handles on the room doors were rusty and so every time we would open the door- our hands would smell of rust.
