Peaceful location. Silence and closeness to the nature. They have a lovely playground and outdoor seating areas, which I can imagine would be perfect for a family / group retreat. The room is of decent size, tastefully decorated and very clean. Having a restaurant onsite is also a plus, given its remote location. We had a very good home cooked dinner in the restaurant. The hosts, Tancredi family (including their cute, friendly dog), are very hospitable, kind and communicative. We would definitely return next time we are in the area.

The facilities are beautiful, and very family oriented. The surroundings are dreamy and picturesque with many walking paths one could take. ALL the staff and management are beyond hospitable, and truly helpful and you can see that what they do is a labour of love with a lot of kindness. We traveled with an infant and they made sure we had everything we needed for the care of our child and our wellbeing. The food was lovely too and very reasonably priced which made it very easy to remain at the property at the end of the day.

Great place in the mountains near Etna. A but hard to reach, but a lovely little hotel/B&B. Staff was beyond awesome.Everyone! Cook also outstanding, made special gluten free food for my traveling companion, went out of their way to make her stay a special one! Would not hesitate to go back if I’m traveling in that area. Restaurant on site was outstanding

Shower in bathroom was too small. Breakfast could have been a little more varied and timeframe extended. Kids outdoor slide was dirty and could not be used.

Staff was always very helpful and went out of their way to accomodate us. Chef is superb. We always had dinner at the residence and every time food exceeded our expectations and was exceptionally delicious. The residence is siutated in a breath taking area with various pathways to go for walks or trekking. Child friendly environment with outdoor play area.

Giovanni was a wonderful host- he spent so much time answering questions and giving us advice. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and have amazing hiking and a greta playground for the kids. Breakfast was generous and plentiful. We cannot wait to return!

Beautiful peace of paradise. The rooms are equipped with the basic features, bins are changed daily. Restaurant provides breakfast and dinner, fair prices for accommodation and dinner too.

The food was delicious and beyond our expectations. The staff was beyond accommodating and super friendly. The property itself was breathtaking and serene, and our children had a great time spending time at the different playgrounds and the giant checkerboard.

This place was like stepping into a fairy tale. The location was splendid - at 1000m altitude, we got a view of the city lights at night. The garden has been scaped to perfection, and we took a wander around the grounds, where we saw horses, a giant checkers set, and a children's playground. Dinner at a small extra charge was a 4-course affair, prepared with great care by the chef and his wife. It was hands down, the best meal I'd eaten in Italy. The antipasti starter was a fine balance of cold cuts, cheese and grilled veggies served with homemade bread, the freshly handmade pasta was cooked al dente, and by the time the main course of beef shanks, mushrooms and potatoes came out, we were already full but the food was too good to pass up. Dessert was fruit salad or semifreddo, we went with the latter. I will dream of this meal for a very long time, it was so good. At breakfast the next morning, the continental breakfast spread was generous, and the coffee was delicious. The company was even better, we had a chat with the owner Giovanni who was incredibly warm and friendly. The room was super comfortable, and romantic. We came here for a hike up Mt Etna, so we were really expecting a more casual experience but this was pure luxury. The decor of the room was so unique, and the light controls made it easy for us to go to sleep at night. The shower, the bed, the air conditioning... everything was perfect. I rate this place 20/10.
