The fact that the hotel is located walking distance to pantheon Spanish steps many shops restaurants bars and easy access to public transport make my life so easy.

Spa time is included (a small but nice jacuzzi and a sauna that fits 2 people) for no more than 4 people at a time (which is great because it's nice and small), but they let children in, so it absolutely compromises your spa experience if you need to share the small space with a splattering kid half a meter from you.

There isn’t much to not like! The only thing I regret about staying is not using the Spa and not staying longer!

Absolutely stunning aesthetic surrounded by beautiful side streets with bars and restaurants. In a prime location 20 minute walk from all the main attractions.

It's ok for me, but the building is old, and the stairs are steep. I think there is an elevator. I never used it. Soundproofing is consistent with the age of the building. You will hear customers moving above or next to your room in other rooms or corridors. I think it comes with the territory of building age, and I was ok with it. It has the loudest kettle I ever used. It will wake others in the room if you try to make coffee and boil water

I would stay there again. It is spotless and clean, has friendly staff, and has an excellent location on the side street, which means no sound of passing cars. It is close to the main locations, with a good shower and a quiet air conditioner. Very cosy interior. It's probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed, and it's not easy to clean old buildings with natural materials. Overall very present stay and I would recommend this hotel

Nothing which we didn’t like about the hotel, it was great! However, wish we knew beforehand to pre-book the spa, as the only free times which were available were not suitable for our plans. Also, a few ‘notices’ which were printed and stuck to the wall in the room were out of date/misleading. Nothing major though.

Unique room and decor. Location is fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful, gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and locations to visit upon arrival.

Though the hotel is nice, the photos were a bit misleading. The room was standard and nowhere near the one in pictures. The hand-basins etc in bathroom are not as in the pictures. The pictures are of the spa area. I would still highly recommend this hotel.

Location absolutely perfect for visits of all attractions and free usage of the spa is great.

I think the dusting could have been a little better as some things were definitely missed. it wasn't too bad but something that can be improved. Other than that, it was fine.

Excellent location, and great value for money. We were in a standard room, and it was very cosy. Loved the decour and general feeling of the place. Staff were always welcoming, and really helping us organise transfers for a late arrival and very early check out. Spa and Netflix was added bonus! Perfect for an recharge and soak after a day of sight seeing.

We were disappointed after booking 2 days in advance and choosing a time for the spa to have it to ourselves for my autistic daughter to feel comfortable, unbeknownst to us it was booked for another couple too so we had to miss out as my daughter couldn't cope

The hotel room was very well equipped, the water and tea making facilities were a welcome addition, shower was powerful and hot, the bed was very comfortable and a good size as I was sharing with my daughter. The lady on reception was very helpful and professional. The spa was a lovely way to nurse our sore muscles from walking. We would definitely stay again. Beautiful fireplace and very clean.
