I can not praise the manager, Luca, highly enough. He went out of his way to be so helpful to us. All his recommendations were spot on. A long time since we have benefitted from such amazing customer service at a hotel.

Amazing location, great value! Tiziano was so helpful and he has so much incredible information about where to go, what to do, how to get there, where to eat and drink, and he made our stay so pleasant! Coffee, Prosecco and biscuits were so thoughtful! We chose this hotel specifically because we wanted a room on one of the smaller canals. We had to get two rooms because we are a family of 3 and the triple rooms were booked. We had rooms 1 & 2 and It was so incredible to be able to look out your window (rm 1) or balcony (rm 2) and watch all the activity going on. we loved it! It was perfect! There was a little noise at night from the regular traffic and early morning boats along the canal, but that was part of the experience and we understood that. But if you’re very sensitive to noise you may want to request one of the rooms not facing the canals.

The soundproofing was bad from the apartments above, this can't be helped due to the age of the hotel but you could hear children running around and furniture being moved.

Lovely stay at this hotel, the room had great radiators which were needed after getting soaked walking around Venice during the rainy season. The room was a great size and we had a private bathroom which was a bonus. Shower was lovely and warm and tea and coffee was provided in the room.

You will love everything about this place. The only thing I didn't like was the fact I didn't stay longer.

Amazing city with so much culture. The room overlooked the canal with Gandellas meandering up and down. The view was amazing. I recommend this place to stay to all my friends. Take lots of photos!

Tiziano is super friendly and thoughtful. He offered a room upgrade and gave us the bigger room without surcharges since the bigger room was available that day. Everything in the room is perfect and we had a canal view as well.

The room was so comfy and clean, with an excellent view of the Canal. The stuff was so helpful and the insights to Venice helped a lot. A real value-for-money place with an excellent location and a budget breakfast place just around the corner.

One of the best hotels ever. The location is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us do check-in at night and gave us all the indications. With their help, the hotel was very easy to find. The view over the canal is great. Also, the room was very, very clean. We loved everything! Please don’t change nothing😅 I would stay there again anytime!

The hotel was amazing. Titiano was incredibly helpful and welcoming and provided amazing recommendations. The hotel is so charming, the rooms are spacious and the location is prime. We opted for a canal view and absolutely adored it. My partner and I would 100% stay here again. Titiano truly made a world of difference.

Special thanks goes to Tiziano, who is extremely friendly and customer oriented. He as a born Venetian gave us precious recommendations about how to better discover the city and fulfilled all requests around our stay. You can really see that he loves his job. He let us even keep our bags at the reception after checking out till our leave at 16 pm. Perfect location as it is very close to Rialto Bridge and only some minutes walk to San Marco Square. In that area the restaurants and the souvenirs are not so expensive. Very warm inside also in the winter

We had a wonderful time and were completely satisfied with our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced. However, the economy rooms had a small bed for two people, and despite being told it was for one and a half persons, we slept well on it. The claim of soundproof rooms on booking.com was not accurate for us; we could hear neighbors talking and walking. If these issues matter to you, consider avoiding the economy rooms. Despite these concerns, we rated our overall experience a 10 out of 10 for a good night's sleep and adapting to the bed size once the room became silent.
