Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicNothing in mind. Perhaps for people expecting "wilder" night life after skiing, as probably younger people do, the city is relatively quiet already early in the evening.
The hotel provides very nice and relaxing accommodation. Certainly, it is not a 5 star hotel but we did not miss anything during our stay. Food was very good. Swimming pool and sauna perfect. The personel was very helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the stay very much. The slopes are close, although not yet in convenient walking distance. However, very easy to reach by car, there was parking next to the lift, free of charge if one has a lift ticket. Actually, if we consider the 3 star hotel category, it would deserve full score of 10.

Old fashioned hotel with very kindly staff. very tasty food. Diner is partly served. You can get tea and some cakes on the afternoon. Large spacious rooms. We enyoyed very much. I recomend this hotel for skiing or eksploring the city and its sourroundings.

HungaryProfessional staff, at the first evening we were asked whether which language we speak and than we got an English-speaking waitress. We have got personal "letters" each morning from we could know more about the weather and about places near San Candido. The view was wonderful from our window.

i was staying only 1 nigh , half board included in the price. the dinner was exceeding my expectation: buffet + main dish and 2 dish and ... dessert! i could not even finish. the buffet was quite good. the room was really quite, i was at the 3rd floor. the location is good, and the parking is quite sufficient. the distance to the center is really manageable, few hundred meters, maybe. as i have to have early breakfast at 6:30, there was no problem: i have just asked at the dinner to the waitress, what i wanted, and they setup for me for the next morning. i would recommend it!

The whole hotel, our room and bathroom were immaculately clean, although the hotel is older, it had all the necessary facilities for its guests. Breakfast and dinner were rich and the food very tasty.
