We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel is great value for money. Whilst it is rated 3 star the facilities are very clean, neat and tidy. A few great restaurant/bars close by. A short stroll into town and safe to wander the streets to explore the area. Great views of the mountains. Reception were very helpful when I asked for an english speaking driver to take me to Conco and Fontanelle to explore where my grandparents lived.

United KingdomThe only slight negative was that the do not disturb system was not respected - I was a bit sick and wanted to rest in my room a couple of the days I stayed and the housekeeper knocked despite the fact that I had marked my room with the do not disturb.
It was really convenient and clean with good wifi, air conditioning and a clean shower room with good water pressure.

United KingdomThis was my second time staying at the hotel, and was a last minute booking. The first time I booked well in advance and was able to stay in one of the refurbished rooms. This time I had one of the older rooms which had some wear and tear, and was a little noisier. It was still a good stay and happy to recommend but suggest requesting one of the newer rooms if possible.
Hotel Brennero is an excellent choice for accommodation in Bassano, which itself is an idyllic town and well worth visiting if you enjoy walking and other outdoor pursuits. The hotel is a short walk from both the train station and the town centre, and is very good value for a comfortable stay.

SwitzerlandBassano del Grappa is located near the base of Monte Grappa, one of cycling‘s premier climbs. For somebody looking for a no-frills hotel with friendly employees from which to base their own „conquest“ of Monte Grappa, the Brennero is agood place to do it. I was able to keep my bike in my room, but they also have a spot elsewhere. This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s a good value for the money.
