Amazing location! The apartment is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. The owner was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. She was checking on us to make sure we had a great time in Milan…it was a little gesture that made our stay special.

The apartment was super clean and well equipped. It had everything you could need, even a steamer. The host Annalisa was very helpful, she lead us for our every question.

The bathroom could be repainted in the shower with a semi gloss paint to avoid peeling. There was a smell of something like smoke. It wasn’t overpowering but it took a minute or two to adjust. These few simple fixes could make this place even better.

The apartment is well positioned in the Brera district in a clean and safe area, at a relatively short walking distance from the main sights in Milan (the Duomo, the Sforza Castle, the Brera Pinacoteca, the National History Museum and other tourist attractions). The nearest metro station is only 350 m away. The historic building has a beautiful entrance and is guarded by a porter. The communication with the host is excellent, we were listened to and helped in any problem. Check-in is done online, access is automated, with the help of an application. The accommodation unit fully corresponds to the description on the website, basic equipment, sufficient for a stay of a few days. I found cleanliness everywhere, white towels, bathroom supplies, hot water and constant heat. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare something easy, there is an espresso machine with capsules, a toaster, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a stove and an electric oven. We also had at our disposal an iron, hair dryer, lint remover, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products, etc. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for the warm season. The LCD TV has access to streaming channels, the wifi internet works very well. There is a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard (also used for access to the apartment), green space, table with chairs. I chose the accommodation in this apartment for the location, the kindness of the host and the cleanliness and everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect! The only thing was missing it’s a parking spot, but still you can get quite close private place!

Everything was prepared wonderfully. The most we appreciated the communication with the host of the apartment Ann, she went above and beyond to welcome us, send all the helpful tips for the location. With her everything is possible and smooth! From the kindest hosts I have met, thank you! Apartment in itself was perfectly prepared, clean, spacious and equipped with all the things you need for comfortable stay! Very good location, close to everywhere!

All as expected. Apartment rental. Very clean and basic - renter will need to provide for needs beyond coffee pods and shower/cleaning items. Of course, kitchen utensils and linens are provided.

Excellent communication and response from property manager, Annalisa ! She was both proactive in greeting us and readily available to assist in any way. Property location allowed great access to the main Milan sites and experiences. The area is also very safe.
