Nothing, everything was great.

Everything was absolutely spotless. The decor is lovely and contemporary and the property is right in the city center. Alessio, our host, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. He checked daily how we were and if we needed anything. Breakfast was great, with beautiful cakes made by Alessio’s mother.

Excellent modern comfortable facilities in the well-appointed bedroom and bathroom, and breakfast room. Excellent self-serve breakfast provided including home-made cakes and pastries. Very hospitable, helpful and friendly hosts. Highly recommended!

We could not fault a single thing at this wonderful B&B ... location was superb and guest suite was also superb with a spacious and immaculate bedroom and wow what a great bathroom! Our stay included magnificent breakfast catering .. the quality was just amazing!!! Do yourself a favour and choose yo stay at this wonderful property!!!! We loved our stay!!!

Our host Alessio and his family were superb. They showed great care and empathy for us and even drove us to the train station when we departed. We couldn't have asked for more and the guest suite was exceptional and superbly located!

Everything went fine.

The room was big, comfortable bed, soft towels, large bathroom and shower. Our host was very attentive and always willing to assist. The place is located in the center of town and easily walkable to Corso Mazzini and the historic area. Free parking close by. I would stay at Brettia Guest Rooms next time I return to Cosenza.

It was perfect.

Everything. We loved staying here. Fresh, modern & clean room with everything we needed. Friendly family who run the B&B. We had a lovely time chatting to the 2 sons & their parents who own & run the accommodation. The mother makes the breakfast (cakes & pastries) each morning for the breakfast room & son Luigi paid for our parking in the meter directly outside the night we arrived, the next morning so we could walk around town & even insisted on buying our 2 coffees in the cafe downstairs after breakfast. 10/10. Loved experiencing the city of Cosenza.

The location is optimal, being right in the middle of both beautiful old Cosenza and the more modern main street where all the restaurants and night life is. And the room was very comfortable and with a beautiful view out the balcony. I know where I’ll be staying next time I’m in town…

Nothing! This is a recently open property and it is very well done.

Brettia Guest Rooms was a tremendous positive surprise!! Great location to walk to many of the attractions, parks, shops, and restaurants. The property itself is NEW and beautifully and impeccably designed! Very high ceilings makes it feel even more spacious, and has a very large beautiful bathroom in the Regina Suite. MOST amazing is the family who owns it!! Luigi was a great communicator well before we arrived and was so helpful answering questions. He guided us to arrival and parking, and then carried our bags up to the second floor entry. He even went in the car to help us find gas for our rental car! The mother and father greeted us with homemade cakes and pastries, and lots of waters we needed! We forgot the key card in the room before we went exploring and started to panic since we couldn't get back into the room. We contacted Luigi by WhatsApp and within 1 minute, he was able to open the door remotely. What amazing service!! They care very much about us as guests and treated us as if we were in their own home. They are also devoted to their property. They should be very proud of their accomplishment! This is a wonderful property run by a wonderful and accommodating family and we highly recommend it!

Everything was new, clean and comfy. The room and the bathroom were big, high modern and also very very clean. Also you get free water, juices, fresh fruites, snacks literaly everywhere. Alessio was personally there while we checked in. He is very nice and uncomplicated. He helped us immediately, if we needed help. We will come back, 100%!

This brand new B & B – on the 1st floor of a building (no elevator) - offer more that you can expect from a perfect stay : central position in the heart of the town, car sheltered and safe parking at 200 meters, free WiFi, clean big rooms, comfortable beds, soft towels, fridge into the Brettia room (full of complimentary food items and water) and an excellent kitchen full of everything (coffee, tea, milk, yogurts, any kind of juices, cakes, tarts, pies, cookies, biscuits etc.), free of use all of them! But above all of them, the biggest surprise was the quite elegant, amazing, totally perfect renovation and the chic decoration of the apartment! We’re travelling for over 30 years and it was one of the very best stays we’ve ever been! The owner respect deeply his quests and he must be an example of his high class hospitality! Cosenza is a nice city and worth to stay for 2-3 days. Unfortunately we stayed just for 1 night - a break stop - as we were travelling to Sicily, but it will be nice to be back! Alessio, THANK you so much for the amazing stay! It’s a pity we can’t give 10*, you worth it, but we hope to see you again!

No elevator

This is a very nice place for a stop-over on the way south ( or north). The parking was OK (300 meters away in a public parking garage), and the place is a bit difficult to find but very close to the highway. The basic breakfast was OK. The room itself was confortable.

Owners do not live themselves within the facility which complicates a little bit the check-in.
