The apartment is cozy and very well equipped. The equipment is relatively new and not faded. The place was extremely clean for the booking.com apartments standards. The hostess Lucrezia was very helpful. It is quite rare to find such a place on booking.com. The high rating is well deserved.

A little bit far from Malpensa airport

You are lucky if you book this apartment! The apartment is well furnished and equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Very nice Italian Restoraunt nearby - highly recommended! But the main advantage is the hostess - Lucrezia ! You”ll experience authentic Italian treatment, when from one hand you have full autonomy in the apartment and at the same time you feel constant family care!

The location is just one minute from a tram stop, so you are downtown in 20 minutes. We have never visited such clean place like Bright House. The equipment of this flat is just perfect, we didn´t miss anything in the kitchen, in the bathroom and in the bedroom. We really enjoyed the stay there and Lucrezia explained everything what was needed. She is very nice and kind person.

We had the pleasure of staying at Lucrezia's apartment during our short trip to Milan and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Here are the main points: * Quality and Aesthetics: The apartment itself was beautifully designed. * Cleanliness: It was evident that attention to detail had been paid in ensuring the apartment was immaculate. * Amenities: The apartment was impressively well-equipped. From kitchen utilities to bathroom essentials, we found everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. * Host Experience: Lucrezia is truly a wonderful host. She was responsive, attentive, and went out of her way to assist us with every request we had. Her warm hospitality added so much to our experience.

It gets noisy all night with the apartment building neighbor that lives upstairs that has some type of condition, you could hear him talking and sometimes crying in the middle of the night for long periods. It was hard not to be woken up in the middle of the night by neighbor upstairs.

Apartment is beautiful, is a little far from center but with tram 14 we got everywhere and very easy to move around. Our host Lucrezia was wonderful, very helpful with anything we asked. She gave us directions to everywhere. She stocked her fridge with lots or water, juices. We had a lot of snacks in the kitchen too.

The host of this appartment, Lucrezia, is an amazing woman! She was so kind and friendly and had thought of every little possible detail. The appartment is very well decorated, spacious and very well accessible since the tram station for tram 14 is very nearby. There was shampoo and conditioner for every hair type, multiple products for facial cleansing, water, sparklink water, lemonade, juices, Italian beer, chocolates, ... This review is too short to describe every detail Lucrezia thought of. Thank you so much for this amazing stay and alla prossima!

Nothing - it’s fabulous!

Lucrezia sent us information before we arrived and kept in contact until check in. The apartment is so well equipped, there is everything you could possibly need. The breakfast and fridge supplies were more than ample. Comfortable bed and great shower. Easy access to Milan Centro on 14 tram at corner.

Wonderful host, super friendly and helpful! The place is nice, clean and furnished. It is easy to get to the city center with the tram right in front of the building. Amazing stay with family, even with the heat !

Unfortunately, there were no nets at the windows and the mosquitoes bothered us. Then, the sofa in the living room was not very comfortable. Breakfast ok but not to our taste :)

Chic flat, well maintained and very clean, had everything you need. Very close to the tram station and near shops. The host, a special lady, very kind, very informed and very empathetic, I don't know what we would have done without her help. Our stay would have been perfect, probably, if I hadn't had a health problem. Thank you, Lucrezzia for your concern, I am fine now !

The host was super friendly, made sure we had everything. Clean. The location was very good, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very easy to get to central milan and in about 20 minutes. Will hopefully visit again

When we arrived by car, there was no problem to find a parking spot in the street. Lucrezia (who is the loveliest person we've ever met and the best host you can get) waited for us and let us in. She was very warm-hearted, helpful and always there for us whenever we had a question. The apartment is beautiful, clean, modern and stylish as you can see on the pictures. The Italian breakfast was amazing, too, there were toasts, filled croissants, cookies, fruits, milk, coffee and other drinks. If still something's missing, you can cross the street and buy everything you need in LIDL. The location of the flat couldn't be better since the tram station is about 40 meters away. Tram 14 would take you to the center of Milano in a few minutes. Furthermore, there's a very good restaurant in the street where you can eat typical Italian food like pizza, pasta and tiramisu but also fish, crabs and shrimps. All in all my family and me had a wonderful, unforgettable vacation and we couldn't be happier and luckier about choosing 'Bright New House'. If we come back to Milano one day, we'll book this apartment again - it was the best decision we could make :)
