1. The illogical setup; room on the fifth floor, the "private" bathroom was situated on the first floor. Imagine, if every time you have to use toilet, you have to go 4 floors down. 2. When I inquired about the reasoning behind the room on the fifth floor and the toilet on the first floor, the response was simply, "That's what you get for this price." 3. Unclean blankets exacerbated my dust allergy, resulting in a night of incessant coughing. 4. The staff lacked friendliness. 5. The rooms were noisy.

Just one thing: the price was exceptionally good on that particular day.

There is no AC, only ventilator and it's very hot and humid in the room. Big problem for the summer is that there is no refrigerator, even a little one in the room, because we have to throw our food and drinks and we always have to go buy cold water every time we need to drink something. Also the water is a problem, there is no good cold water and good bot water. It's the same temperature. There is only one shampoo and one soap and we are two people. And i didn't liked that I can't choose a room with the bath and toilet inside.

I liked the room l, it's big and spacious and the big bed is comfortable and it has a working TV, because most of the time we stay here the TV does not work, but this time it was working. And the room was clean.

Reception and entrance to the hotel is impossible between 2 and 7 hours AM. You could go out but you could not enter again. So, 5 hours during a night you are "captured" in the hotel. Advise for reception: Learn English as a global language. Room, especially bathroom, have to be renovated. Sound isolation between rooms is very bad.

Good location, 5 min. walk from metro station. Cca 25 min. from Milano Centrale (main train station) with public transport. Quiet neighborhood.

The lift was old, the room was small and with no air conditioner. There were no towels for both at the beginning. The reception smells like weed one night and there were not very helpful. The whole hotel has a dark appearance.

The room was really cold, there are radiators inside but they were turned off. Also, in the shower the water was just a bit warm, and no hot water in the sink.

Room was spacious and nice, generally, but because of cold I felt really uncomfortable.
