The studio was smaller than expected.

The check-in was quick and easy, the apartment was clean, and the location is fantastic.by the corner, you have the most amazing ice cream shop, it is a must.

It might be because i am of the older generation, but there were no maps of the town or any information about Padua in general in the apartment. Perhaps everything is now online. Also, even though the apartment was very clean, the actual shower was dirty on the outside bottom rim, and the shower head leaked, spurting out everywhere. Minor but need attention. Also, there was no plug in the basin.

Check in starts at 4pm (!) no flexibility and only one person for several groups of guests. Check in is located 15 min away from the apartment. The apartment comprises only one space with bed and sofa bed, both uncomfortable. Bed sheets are old and do not cover the entire bed, same story for the sofa. Fridge had a very bad smell; while the bathroom smells like sewage… No lift. Been several times in Padua to visit relatives, this is the worst experience ever, same feedback from my wife…

Location is the strongest point for this apartment. Bathroom and kitchen are new, although both were not properly clean.

Where to begin.. I'll try to keep this short, but I got the the property in the evening after driving 3 and a half hours. Couldn't find parking for the life of me, and host was unable to provide any suggestions on where to park. It was a Thursday and I literally couldn't find a single space, had to pay 25 euros a night for the only place that had any space left (which was also very far) I arrived at the property, and the host was supposed to unlock the front door for me. I guess she could do that from a distance, but the system wasn't working. The door was blocked for some reason. Which isn't the host's fault, but you should have a plan B if that happens I assume. I had to wait 50 minutes (from around 10pm to 11pm) on the steps in front of the front door for the host to figure out what to do, until finally some girl who checked in before me came downstairs to open the door for me. Already unacceptable in my opinion, but whatever. Arrived at the apartment and tried to cook some pasta and I kid you not the faucet from the kitchen exploded in my hands as soon as I opened the tap. I was so exhasted I just screwed it back on, but I spent the next day having to repair it every 2 seconds. Same thing for the window, the handle was broken and almost unusable. Hot water for the shower lasted about 5 minutes, and then it was cold. Mind you, I was 1 person in a 2 people apartment. I find it difficult to imagine how 2 people could shower there, since it wasn't just bad luck but both times I showered (at different times during the day) I almost didn't have hot water. I messaged the host about all of this, and she proceeded to never reply (on Booking or via text messages). I was also unable to contact her in the days leading up to my stay when I was asking about parking, she only replied after 2 days and on the night of my arrival (when I have to say she was quite nice, however unable to help almost in any way).

I'm trying to find something nice to say about this place so I don't sound biased (which I swear I wasn't before getting there).. I guess the room is super close to a nice area of the city, and just downstairs you have the best gelato ever - I would know since I'm Italian :) but that's it I'm afraid

We arrived at the site at 12 noon and had to wait outside the msin door with the lugagge at 33° heat til 4 pm when the automatic answering mashine was switched to receive calls. The phone number published by booking.com works only afer 4pm and til 10pm and again from 8am til 10am. In case of emergency you are completly lost. This is unacceptable in our days. Every other complain fades away compared to what I just described. The owner speaks English but does not write. So at all our questions in English we just did not receive answers so we had to wait and call only during those specific hours. Very frustraiting.

Close to the old city and to bus station. I asked to leave at noon instead of 10am and my request was granted.

When we arrived there were nobody who could make the check-in, and we could call anybody, because nobody was answering our calls. It seemed almost accidentally that we met with one of the cleaners, and she told us, that we just cannot check in, althought we arrived in time. And an other thing, the bathroom has had a strange smell, because of the spray what they use in there.

BSuites Apartment in Padova has good location, and a nice, clear room.

We tried to get in contact w/ the agent for like 10 days prior to arrival w/ no reply at all. One day before the arrival we finally get a message talking about the check-out (!?). In the end, when we already parked in fornt of the house (3:30pm), I called the agent and go the info the key is in the room, and the agent would open doors remotely. The agent then told me we can store our luggage inside the room and he would call the cleaning maid to make-up our room (didn't they know that we will arrive today !!??). The room was at around 40°C, air condition was OFF. We stored our stuff, turned the AC ON at 23°C. When coming back at ~ 22:00, the AC was turned UP to 28°C, the kitchen was not cleaned AT ALL, at least we had new bed linen and towels. Turned the AC back to 23°C (11pm), at ~ 2am we woke up because the room was at ~30°C, as the AC turned back automatically to 28°C ... so we had a great night w/ very little sleep ... many thanks. I sent a message to the agent about all that -> no reply at all ! Despite all that the room did not look as nice as on the photos (of course I tend to say here, having all the above in mind). Stay out of this place.

nothing really, maybe some small details: the kitchen ware was poor (there were no bowls for cereals, no mocca, pots were old etc), the design of the room could be improved.

great stay and value for the money. we were very happy for the automatic check in: we called the staff who remotely opened both the building and the apartment doors.

Facilities were not great. The coffee pods provided didn't fit in the coffee maker. Towels clen but not good quality.

Good size apartment for a solo traveller or a couple. Clean and easy check-in/check-out process

I was really not satisfied with this accommodation. One day before coming to apartment, owner sent information about accommodation we booked. But in day of our arrival she changed address without any notice. I do not consider her as trustworthy person. We only stayed because of paying forward. The accommodation was not enough equipped for four people and was really small (only three chairs for four people). There were also ants in the bathroom.

The only good thing was good and quite cheap parking near the accommodation.

The studio is not soundproof at all. You can hear everything when your neighbors come in or out and chat in their room (I volumes up TV not to hear them). Bed linen has poor quality (cheap ikea stuff) with yellow strain and a hole and dusty sofa cover which doesn't seem to be washed anyway. Very thin and wrinkled towels are unpleasant as well. I should have brought my own towels.

10 min walk from Stazione Centrale. Many cafes nearby. I could leave my luggage in the room till noon as my train left after 13h.

Another missleading listing. The apartment it is NOT where they claim it is located arguining about some renovations. I was visiting with senior citizens, so we rented based on location.
