It was advertised as having air conditioning but the air had not been turned on yet and it was a hot day. The room had heated up with the sun and would not cool down. It was incredibly uncomfortable. The management was understanding and moved us to a room with more windows and brought in a fan which made it tolerable.

The only thing was that it was a little further from St Marks square than we would've liked, but overall the location is fine and the hotel was worth the walk!

The hotel staff were the absolute best. Our favorite was Murad, who was just wonderful. The hotel is so charming. We loved the breakfast and the bar, and the rooms are beautiful. We had a beautiful view of the water.

There was a slight odor coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. Need to get that fixed.

Loved our room—the Jr. Suite with Terrace overlooking the canal! Loved the location. Within walking distances of St. Mark’s square and the Basilica, and there is vaporetto stop directly in front of the hotel so you can easily ride around the canal. The breakfast was good, too, and staff was friendly and happy to be of service!

This hotel far outdid our expectations. The location is so convenient as it’s 2 minutes walk from Arsenale Vaporetto stop which serves the airport, the bus and rail stations, as well as the grand canal. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is excellent. Our room had a grand view of the lagoon and was beautifully fitted out like a first class cabin on an ocean liner. Good to have a well designed bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea, water, toiletries, slippers and robes were provided. Breakfast was good and served until 10.30. The area is convenient for many attractions while not feeling too touristy. The hotel was only 10 minutes walk from St Mark’s square and there are some very fine bars and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return.

A pleasant walk to St. Marks square. Ferry/Water Taxi only 100 metres away. Great staff that made you feel at home. Set up a table and chairs for us on the promenade for happy hour one sunny afternoon so we could relax and watch the world go by.

Set in a perfect location, 1 bridge from the Arsenele water taxi stop (airport & local line). The hotel offers a great breakfast and is situated next to one of the best restaurants in Venice (La Pearla Nuova). Only a 10 minute walk to St Marks square where you will pass Dodge’s Palace & the bridge of sighs. Good value, great staff, a gorgeous view of the lagoon and plenty of nice touches whilst you stay in the hotel. Definitely recommend!!

Everything was beyond exceptional! Clean rooms, comfortable bed with amazing pillows! The hallway looks a lot like a boat, which is amazing! Breakfast was by far the best we had in Italy, they have fruits, vegetables, meat and cheese, omelette, lots of sweets. Amazing! As for the staff, we could not ask for better! They were all super friendly and kind to us!! Especially Stefano from front desk and Mr. Murad (I hope I got the name right) the concierge. Exceptional people, always willing to help. We will for sure come back. We already recommended this hotel to our friends and family! Also, let's not forget about the view!! Amazing!

Breakfast seating was very limited - which meant waiting awhile to be seated on occasion - not great when wanting to pack in a full day of siteseeing. Also, breakfast staff shorthanded, so a wait for coffee etc.

Location was fab. Room was well appointed with great view. Very clean. We were allowed early check-in, which was great given the weather! Breakfast had a great choice Staff friendly.
