Not everyone at reception spoke English, but overall I managed to communicate with everyone as everyone was very helpful!

I could hear church bells from my room. Location was excellent, close to the center of the city and the terrace from which you can gaze at everything below Enna, is just nearby!

Sicily Rooms Enna was renovated five years ago and the room was typical hostel room with Ikea bed and other stuff aswell. Old gentleman welcomed us and was very social and helpful. Property is easy to reach by car and parking is possible on the street in the front of hostel.

Smell of cigarettes in the corridors and lift and the bathroom heater could not be connected

The breakfast was very good and the view was to die for. The owner and staff were very helpful, kind and respectful. The location is excellent to roam around Enna. The hotel was very clean.

I missed a living area where you can meet people. Same for kitchen. It is a combi between bed and breakfast and hostel.

On arrival there was no one at the reception desk and we had to wait a long while for the owner to arrive and check us in. The owner was extremely rude and aggressive towards us on our last night. It proved to be an unfortunate ending to an otherwise satisfactory stay.

The view from the veranda was breathtaking. The young girl who served us breakfast was lovely and hospitable. It was in a great location for getting out and about.

Poor WiFi inside the room, had to switch my personal internet for internet access.

Landlord and staff was very helpful. The room was very clean with the balcony facing the spectacular hills and mountains. Its location is in the centre of Enna, so all attractions could be reached on foot. I really recommend it and as a whole good value for money.

The rooms facing the town's quare are extremely loud,especially at weekend.

A beautiful view over Calascibetta and Etna. The breakfast is dealiscuous and always with a fresh fruits and cakes.

It would be ideal to have more gathering spaces and to have full access to the panoramic terrace during our stay.

The best ever location, next to the belvedere with the best panoramic view ever! Super tidy and comfortable rooms. Beautiful view in the bathrooms.

I was expecting more of a hotel and less of a hostel. I felt like I was being treated like a 20-year-old at times, like I couldn't be trusted to eat or drink in my own hotel room. In the end, my husband and I both described the experience as "strange."

The view was magnificent and the room very large, with a giant terrace. It was easy to get to, although parking was a bit complicated. But the location is ideal.

I did a mistake with the reservation, booking 1 day before I we intended to stay. I apologised to the property owner who went on to shout in a quite unfriendly way that this is my problem and he wanted to charge us for the stay again. Booking received the cancellation and asked ne if I was charged again fully, partially or if I wasn’t charged. He decided to charge us the full amount for the mistake. I mean, he was technically right, I messed up the reservation day BUT the property was almost empty, he could have made a discount due to the error but instead decided to shout at us and charge us the full amount again. Not nice. Not emphatic at all.

I booked 1 single room in the dormitory. The old guy that gave me the keys was very rude as soon as I told him that the breakfast was included according to Booking. The room was cold, as well as the toilets. I don't recommend at all.
