Was a bit confused the first day, reception is on the 4th floor. Not a big deal though.

Perfect location, beautiful clean and fairly modern room. I felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave my bed in the morning. The breakfast was decent too.

Breakfast. Maybe because I don't do continental breakfast. However, I did find proper breakfast a few yards up the road. Apart from that brilliant. The question is will I return? The answer is YES.

The location was fantastic. The Hotel Manager was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. In fact, one of the best managers I have come across and am a super frequent traveller. And work in hospitality as a Manager. The Manager email me with proper instructions ahead of my arrival alot of details. Also I got the hotel whatsapp through the Manager. When I got lost (Google will throw a punch lol) the Manager shared his location. And bingo I found the hotel. Exceptional. Thank you so much.

The location was great for the activities we had planned; the security of the facility was appreciated (you could only enter with being buzzed in or a card key); the top floor breakfast area was very cozy and provided a very comfortable dining experience.

We had to rely on the staff for access to our room as there was only one key. At one time not staff were in attendance so we couldn't get into our room.

The location was ideally placed relative to Piazza San Marco.

Nothing major. We were woken at 6.55am by someone emptying bottles in the inner courtyard. As we had recently arrived from the UK, this was 6am to us, so a bit annoying.

Shower is very tiny.... but as this is a very old building, that was expected.

Location was excellent. A bit difficult to get to from the water taxi if you have a lot of luggage, which we did. Best to travel lighter. Room was large, Quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

The hairdryer in the bathroom was pointless and damaged. Was also disappointed that there was no iron, a poster in the lift stated that ironing was not permitted in the rooms!

The room was enough space for 2 adults, the decor was pleasant and very clean. Location was perfect, easy to get to all the main attractions and not too noisy even though we overlooked a street with shops. Checking in and out was very easy. Particularly liked the breakfast room, it was well stocked and had beautiful touches including delightful crockery, lovely views, background music and very attentive staff.

Breakfast was enjoyable, there was always a great selection of cereal, cheese & ham and fresh bread, croissants, fruit & yogurt. We had enough to keep our tummies full until mid afternoon. The location was perfect.

The staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was also good and close to San Marco Piazza and many restaurants. The area at night was quiet so we could sleep well.

Elevator was a bit small for getting luggage to top floor reception. Bathroom needed a bit of maintenance (sliding glass shower doors were loose on their rails).

Great location, easy walking distance to main areas of Venice. Separate bedroom areas within 3 bed room. Excellent breakfast with rooftop views.
