In general we liked everything, however, we missed a few small things, small touches (esp. in the kitchen), that might be added inthe future: tea, sugar, oil, cutting board, bedside tables. We don’t mean to criticize, we’d rather give suggestion of what might change.

Nice place, newly reconstructed building, good location - close to the train station and also to the center, comfy bed, responsive host. Easy access to the building and apartment via online system. We really appreciated the possibility to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

There were no slippers.

Despite the fact that we stayed only one night, everything was wonderful. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. In the room we found everything we needed, from glasses and plates to a coffee maker. The self check-in was very simple through the app. At the same time, the location was very good, being close to the train station.

There was no hands soap in the toalet. Also, the check-out was in 11 o'clock, but someone from the staff tried to enter the apartment in 10 (without even knocking). Hopefully, we were up and ready to go.

The apartments, which we booked, were great! The furniture was new and clean. There was a seft-checking, which was really modern - after the check-in, all doors in the property were able to open via a website.

I booked this last minute as travel plans didn’t go as expected but I’m really glad I did. It was perfect. Clean and well equipped apartment. The host is really helpful and easy to contact. I was travelling alone and felt safe here. It’s in a great location as well, supermarket and train station on the other side of the road. Only about 5 mins walk to the water front.

We've spent only one night in Ca del Lasco. We have booked it really last minute (after some troubles with other place which wasn't existed) and the owner was really helpfull with quick responding and helping us finding the place! Thanks a lot for that! The appartment itself is very convinient, clean and confortable! I would recomment enyone!

Difficult access to the hotel. There is no sidewalk - you have to walk along the street.

Although the location was close to the center, we needed to walk through a train railway to get there, and also through a busy mountain street without lights or sidewalk. It was ok for us but it's something to consider while booking this place. Also we parked in a small space on the side of the road that wasn't paved or an actual parking spot, because it was the closest free spot available. Finally, there were some things that we believe would make the apartment more comfortable and functional, like bedside tables or friying pan in the kitchen.

The apartment was close to the city center, supermarket and ferry. It had a beautiful view and a nice balcony, and a fairly well equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable and it had a smart tv. The check in was automatic using an app and we were able to check in earlier. Although it was close to the train station and the street, it was very quiet and well isolated. Considering the prices in this area we think this is a very good option. We also really liked bellano and found it a good place to see the surrounding areas but sleep in a less touristy and quieter destination.

The entry to the property was the most complicated we have encountered on our travels with a three step process of gate, main door and apartment door all with a key and internet release. We get the need for security but this seems a little excessive.

The accommodation met all our expectations and was great for what we needed. It was ideally located close to the train station but the walk to it is on a narrow road which was challenging at times with the traffic and no footpath. The apartment was clean and spacious. The hosts were friendly and reacted immediately when there was a small issue with the toilet.

Actually everything was ok until I received a whatsapp message of the owner 2 months later. The message said that the payment didn’t go through with Booking. In my application of snooking everything seems to be correct. The owner said via a random whatsapp number that I just had to pay through a link that he would provide in Whatsapp… Doesn’t look very trustworthy. If I said that I wanted to have a confirmation from booking itself than he said that they would contact me asap. Took them 2 weeks but in the meantime the “manager” urged me every 2-3 days to pay.

The air con only goes down to 24°c so we kept waking up hot in the night. And the walk from the station to the flat is rather dangerous as you have to walk along a busy road with no pavement, obviously this is no fault of the property just something to bear in mind if traveling with kids etc.

The location was very close to Bellano station and the view from our balcony was beautiful, the flat was spacious and very clean and modern. The facilities were lovely and the shutters on the windows kept out so much light and heat it was very nice inside.

Sadly the WiFi was too weak in the area of our room. We could hardly use it. I had to work online and had some meetings, so I moved to the front garden. The internet worked ok for a while and then it was impossible to continue. Personally I found the bed not very comfortable.

The location is great, really near the train station and 10 minutes from the Main Street of the town. I really appreciated the self check in through the app. The room is big enough for 2. We also enjoyed the garden.

The accommodation is on a road without a walkpath and it felt a bit dangerous to walk there especially at night or with rain. The windows of our room faced the next building.
