WiFi kept disconnecting and reconnecting in the room. The towel dryer in the bathroom didn't work unfortunately.

Excellent breakfast, the hotel was very quiet during our stay, the stuff was friendly and answered all our questions. The price was quite low for Venice. We were very pleased with our stay!

Location is outside Venice. So you take Waterbus, then the bus which takes over an hour from Venice station. Oldish property - breakfast can be improved, specially the bread rolls.

Staff was good and helpful, lots of parking. The balcony/ attached terrace was massive. Value for money.

Restaurant menu was hard to figure out... not enough English speaking staff in restaurant.

One of the guys at reception seemed inconvenienced when he was asked anything. The hotels location was further out than realised. The lift broke. The restaurant by the pool was dirty, staff were rude and menu was just told to you with no option of looking at a physical menu. Plus they didnt accept card and no cash points near by.

The only thing I would say is that the property would have been very grand in it’s early days. Slightly dated and could do with a little TLC but that wouldn’t stop me from returning. The restaurant for dinner was ok but not great.

This property was a last minute choice for us as our booked accommodation had been cancelled. It was in a nice quiet area of Lido and was a welcome retreat from the crazy Summer crowds on Venice’s main island. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away from the hotel which takes you to the ferry which you can catch to any of the islands. A small supermarket with most supplies is located a few bus stops away. For two teenagers and two adults we booked two rooms. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and each had a balcony, wardrobe and safe. Rooms were serviced each day and were clean and safe. Air conditioning was excellent. Although we had access to the pool we didn’t use it during our short stay. Shower was great with consistent temperature and towels were nice and soft and replaced daily if required. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and a better than expected breakfast was included in the price. Overall a great stay and would recommend if you’re looking to stay somewhere away from the crowds.

The pool was closed for 2 days of our 4 day stay. We chose this hotel purely due to its pool and children’s pool. The reason given was the “chorine was too high” this was very disappointing. The rooms could do with a little face lift as felt like a 1980s package hotel and the beds weren’t comfortable. The hotel listed “bar food near the pool” this was a small section to say the least with no menu and was just a hand written list of the options each day. Nothing catered for in regard to younger guests.

Maybe the lobby could be a bit better and staff support during the stay in lobby. Everything else was quite good.

Location is quite good, in a peaceful part of the Lido so you can have a good rest and easily have free parking at location. There is a bus line that will get you to the taxi boat and to Venice. If you come by car you will have to take ferry and hope that there will be no crowds so you will have to wait for many hours.

Not a great location if you want to visit Venice. Very far from the center of Lido and a ferry station, you have to go by bus, which gets quite crowded. The reception gave instructions on how to buy the transport ticket, it was unfortunately possible only pretty far away in a Tobacco shop. There were no restaurants nearby, and there was no information about the one near the pool (Not even listed in Google maps). Strange wardrobe with a small "built-in" tv and only italian channels.

Big free parkin place, nice swimming pool which you can access for free and the room had a really big terrace. Breakfast was quite good

a long distance from the Vaporetta stop. buses were always crowded and difficult with luggage. pool and cafeteria were closed. no restaurants in immediate vicinity and those that were nearest opened too late for children to eat.

we waited 15 minutes to check in, though it was late and the child was obviously tired, because the receptionist was searching extensivley for a transportation solution for another couple, for the next morning. poor prioritization
