The room is very nice! Nice and comfortable! The landlady was very nice. She's very thoughtful. Prepare us a delicious breakfast with coffee. She also booked us a taxi to the airport. Come back next time

Our stay at Barbara and Matteo's Guesthouse was amazing. We stayed in a very comfortable and clean room with a nice terrace. The breakfast was very tasty. All served products were fresh. We had toasts, boiled eggs, marmalade, breads, butter, orange juice, interesting pie (I've forgotten the name), and much more. And, of course a very good coffee. One evening, we were also invited to drink tea and, the next day, lemon liqueur. The hospitality of Barbara and Matteo is remarkable. They are very polite, quiet and interesting people. We also want to say something about Luna :). She is a German Shepherd. She is such a cute and kind dog. A very important point: for the first time, Barbara and Matteo asked us if we were fine to contact a dog, and of course we were happy to see her. In this guesthouse, you could sleep well, there is no problem with noises, and you can reach the center of Venice quite easily without any taxi or your own car. If you want to arrive at Venice Center, you can take bus line 5. It's only 15 minutes, and the ticket price was 1.5 euros. We can only recommend this accommodation! Thank you, Barbara and Matteo!

The place is superb - very modern and very clean. It's out of the way, so very quiet. The host laid out a very nice breakfast, considering this is such a small place and she was only catering for about 4 people.

A very small dislike of no face cloths, tissues, and no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap inside of the spacious shower. There was a bottle of liquid soap & shampoo on the sink. American’s expect to see these items in a room. You might bring your own.

A beautiful new home that was perfectly clean. convenient to airport. extremely nice hostess who prepared delicious fresh pastries along with a balanced breakfast. The sheets, pillows and bed were very comfortable.

This B&B exceeded our expectations. A beautiful Italian home with a stunning backyard surrounded by paddocks. It felt so relaxing. The hosts made the most beautiful breakfast, and went above and beyond by driving us to their airport due to transport issues on our end. 100% would stay again. A great location if flying out the next day from Marco Polo.

If you don't have a car or take a cab from the airport or train station is is about a mile walk to the house. If it is hot, make sure you have water. Not easy if you are lugging suitcases. Maybe the hosts could arrange to pick you up at the bus stop for a small fee. Just so you know: Our bus did not stop at the recommended bus stop for the accommodation prior to getting to the airport. It only stopped on the way back from the airport. Ask the bus driver. This only added about ten minutes or less to the correct bus stop. But again, make sure you can walk the distance to the accommodation. Better to have a ride. It would be great to have a small refrigerator in the room. Also, it would be much appreciated if there were a few snacks and or drinks available upon arrival, even if you need to purchase them. It can be a long time before the restaurants open.

The hosts are really nice. The house is lovely and the room is super clean. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is nice. There is a good Italian restaurant less than five minutes away. Depending on the time, you should make a reservation since this is a happening place. The hosts are very helpful in making a taxi reservation to go to the airport. Make sure you do this at least a day ahead of time. Taxis in the middle of the night can be hard to get.
