This is a terrific B&B close to the centre of Milan but in a quiet road. Excellent breakfast. Gabriel is the perfect host - charming, friendly & helpful. Really all you need for a short stay in Milan.

Our host Gabriele made sure we were comfortable, recommending restaurants and places to see in Milano. Gabriele is a fantastic host. The room was large and very comfortable. B&B is close to tram stops and good restaurants. We were able to access the kitchen to use the kettle at any time, which is important when traveling for a while.

Ca’Maggiolina is extremely stylish and comfortable. The house and the rooms have been beautifully renovated. We were delighted with our room and en-suite. Our host, Gabriele was welcoming and most helpful and he provided a lovely breakfast with excellent produce.

We stayed for four nights during the Grand Prix weekend. The location is conveniently located several minutes walk from Sondrio metro station. Gabriele has created a wonderful atmosphere of charm and sophistication at Casa Maggiolina, a delight for the senses! The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated and it is clear every aspect has been carefully considered. Each morning we had a quality breakfast to set us up for the day. As a host Gabriele was a delight - responsive, great to converse with and very accomodating of our travel plans. Upon our late arrival he helped make us dinner reservations and gave some great recommendations throughout the stay to help us make the most of our time in Milano.

My mum and I stayed for 2 nights for a nearby concert and we had a great stay. Gabriele is a fantastic host, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast was delicious with great hospitality. Would highly recommend!

Location wasn't /ideal/ but nothing was that far away! There's not that much in the immediate vicinity of the B&B, so you have to walk to the metro to really see Milan.

The best part about the B&B was Gabriele, the host! He had a whole list of recommendations for us, and was very helpful and available. It was great chatting with a couple of the other guests over breakfast. Loved the underfloor heating/cooling!

Gabriele (the host) went above and beyond! We had the best time in Milan thanks to his recommendations. He made me feel very special as it was my birthday and prepared a little surprise at breakfast! Anything we needed a recommendation for Gabriele had the answer (even for my trip to Lake Como the next days!). The room and bathroom were so beautiful and such good value for money. We drove our car to the B&B but Gabriele made the public transport seem very easy for us during the day. The mattress in the bedroom was quite thin, which I think is just the Italian way but worth noting for any older guests / people with back problems.

We spent a great week here, exploring Milan and using the trains to go further afield to the lakes and Verona and other towns. The property was beautifully furnished and situated in a quiet area. It was a 5 min walk to the nearest tube and about 15 min walk to the central station. Gabriele is a fabulous host, welcoming and so informative about places to visit and to eat and drink.

This is a wonderful B&B in all respects. The property has been beautifully renovated; our suite was modern, spacious and tastefully furnished. A generous continental breakfast featuring local specialties was served daily. As others have noted, Gabriele is an exceptional host - welcoming, attentive and engaging. His recommendations pertaining to our planned activities were extremely helpful. This host loves what he does and it shows! Dining at nearby Osteria de Flavio was also a highlight of our stay.

I had the most delightful stay at Ca’ Maggiolina B&B! The overall ambience of the property was superb; I felt like I was in the country as opposed to in the middle of a city. The owner, Gabriele, was absolutely lovely and gave fantastic recommendations of local things to see and do. The property was also very well connected in terms of public transport; I was able to get around the city with ease. I will definitely be recommending this property to anyone I know planning on visiting Milan.

Great location, close to transit, easy to get around to any part of town and train station. The property was clean and well appointed for our stay. Gabriele was a very gracious host and provided us with a fantastic breakfast and travel advice each morning.

This place sets very high standards for a bed & breakfast accommodation. Location is pretty central (walking distance or one metro stop from the central railway station) but is still a quiet retreat from the hustle & bustle of the city. Well-decorated, clean & spacious room, looks exactly as in the pictures. The host Gabriele was the highlight during my stay - friendly, helpful with recommendations of places & restaurants to visit, awesome Cat-shirts.
