Limited options for breakfast. It was nice and decent , but for such a size of hotel, I expected at least some more options.

Very pleasant staff but not all know English. The room was comfy, old style furnished but cosy. The pool was nice but very cold water. Parking space is very good. All in all was nice and good value for money.

There are not many facilities for kids and the only pool table available was 10 euros per hour to use which seems pricey.

Staff, food, cleaness and the piano guy was so great, keeping people entertain every evening. Food was amazing at the restaurant.

Considering the size and the depth of the pool, lifeguards should not be distracted and music should be played at a lower volume as there was an incident where someone shouting for help was not heard straight away. Limited car parking spaces

Lack of food for gluteen and lactose intolerant persons. Ex. 4 types of pasta and not even 1 is gluteen free pasta.

Food was sometimes good, sometimes tasted like the last meal's leftovers or ran out fast. Clothing went missing from room (possibly accidentally bundled in with sheets/bedding laundry but still never returned).

Room was fine, clean bathroom, beds only ok. Animation team and entertainment was good. Drink selection good (Italian spirits, beer, wine, soft drinks, etc). Pool clean and big. Children's areas good - playground, pool, etc

Swimming pool is too small, not enough umbrella & chair around swimming pool, Organisation of transfer with Beltour is dissapointment, not content with Beltour especially with the lady staff I can share her name but don’t want to write publicly, I think hotel staff should be responsible for transfer, organisation etc Outsource is a bad choice shuttle service is not so good could be better, drivers need to learn customer satisfaction At the reception Annika and another gentleman who speaks English (unfortunately I don’t know his name) were very professional staff, hotel needs more professional staff like them with English language skills

The breakfast was disappointing as selection was all cakes & fruit. A decent English breakfast would have been nice.

Hotel was very clean although a bit dated. Swimming pool was main attraction with llenty of beds. Most of the staff were friendly & happy to speak with you. The shuttle bus to the beach was a great plus as dropped & picked you up outside the beach entrance.

Breakfast was very abundant, including English breakfast too. Two pools available, one as a splash pool for kids and another larger one. The room was very spacious, ac switched on and very clean.

My only criticisms were the resort card fee. I was aware of it before we arrived however I can imagine it is quite annoying for people who arrive and don’t expect it. I feel like this could just be added into the hotel cost rather than annoy people with charges. One other minor thing is that the cocktails could be much much better at the bar. I found they were too strong to drink/ just not very nice. Frozen daiquiris would have topped off the holiday!

We had such a lovely week at Hotel Ceasar Palace. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived as I had read mixed reviews. The pool area is beautiful and so clean. I am really fussy when it comes to pools but the temperature and cleanliness was honestly perfect so a big well done to the staff for the upkeep. During the day they had activities. We enjoyed the exercise class in the pool, it was a good mood lifter and a good little playlist. The slushies at the pool were great in the heat, and very reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a lovely balcony too. We found there were a lot of wasps attached to the greenery but they never actually came into our rooms or even on the balcony area so they weren’t a problem. Betty at the kids club was just absolutely brilliant. She is so patient and welcoming. Our little girl loved her! There was a young blonde lady who hosted the exercise groups at the pool and I can honestly say she was the happiest, most motivated staff member I’ve ever seen. Finishing late but ready to go again the following day with a smile on her face. All the staff looked happy to be there and were so helpful. Location wise it is good. There’s a free shuttle but also there’s a bus (more like a coach though) that runs to Taormina right outside the hotel.

We thought that English being a world wide language more of the staff in hotel could have the language.

Breakfast was superb as was dinner each evening. the pool area was very spacious and clean as was the pool. The room first class excellent location overlooking pool area.

The hotel desperately needs renovating - it seems like it wasn't done for 30 years... it has a big potential and it could be a very nice place. The breakfasts were ok, always something hot what isn't typical in Italy, fruit etc, but always the same menu.

The view from the terrace on the flowing lava was great! :) To the city center and to the beach there was a shuttle bus that was available several times a day - it was helping because the beach is quite far. Very spacious area with lots of plants. Very clean.

The grass that covers the whole building is very nice and makes it special. The b’fast was amazing and the terrace was very nice. The pool was huge and nice. They had a shuttle bus service to the beach.
