The rooms are a bit small for the size of our family of four. We wish there was a two-three bedroom with a full kitchen and two bathrooms offered. Rooms are a bit dated and need some care.

Breakfast was average. Should add a few more hot plates and keep the bacon stocked. The location is perfect for our needs. We attend Carnevale annually. We've never used the pool or spa as we usually arrived during off season. Staff has always been pleasant!

The football field for kids is a great idea, but when they use the same area for dogs there was dog pooh - not a gook idea on a surface for football.

Would have expected access to the spa and gym for free as paying guests. €30 for access to Turkish bath seemed excessive when I had paid for a massage. Asked could I use the facilities before the massage and was told they had to be booked separately

When you stay at a 4* hotel, the cost of cleaning the pool filters should be borne by the hotel, not by the customers having to wear a swimming cap, my wife did not use the pool because of this absurd rule, which on discussion with other guests was the same for them. The hotel does not own a section of the beach so you have to pay extra there if you want a swim and sun lounger. Additionally, the jacuzzi pool was empty and not in operation which was another disappointment.

The staff were amazing, location is right on the main Broadwalk before the beach bars, breakfast was excellent.

Great location just in front of the beach in quite area. Many restaurants are close. Fantastic pool and very nice hotel territory. Very good choice of good in the breakfast time. The beach place is at additional cost standard for Italy (25euros for 3 places). Nice and well equipped beach with delicious restaurant.

You have to wear a swimming cap whilst swimming in the pool which you must either bring with you or purchase from the hotel. It's not the worst thing but just annoying having to wear one whenever you just want a quick dip.

The rooms were a really good size, large balcony and the bed was very big and comfortable. You are literally over the road from the beach and the staff were all really helpful.

The hotel doesn't have its own beach neither cooperation with beaches arround, therefore you need to pay full price fo entry or find public beach for free.

The hotel is conveniently located, beach is across the road. We enjoyed our stay in apartment with kitchen area, which is perfect for families with kids.Kitchen area is small, but it it's ok and it has a dishwasher there. Breakfast was ok and it is kind of must as there are no bakeries or small shops arround. Hotel has swimming pool open whole day, with enough sunbeds and they have a playground for small kids.

There is -nothing- to do apart from walking on the beach or swimming in the pool. That a visit to the beach/a place to sit at the beach wasn’t included for the price we payed (3000 euro for less than 10 days) is absurd. The hotel is promoted as a beach hotel, but to visit the beach you have to pay 25-40 euros per day (the higher price is for if you want to be able to lock in your valuables). First time we ever encountered that and would add another 250-400 euros to the stay. Absurd. In the area there is one (1) supermarket, and it’s a bit away. There is no concurrence which is shows through the prices. It was cheaper buying a soda outside the Dome Palace in Venice than buying it in Lido de Camaiore.

Great staff, good size room A lot of people write about the swimming caps in the pool; it’s the law in Italy so nothing the hotel can change.

Some areas might require little renovation (bathroom), but the place is overall wonderful.

Great apartment on the top floor with front view to the beach as well as side view to the pool and city. The staff is very friendly and holiday feeling is starting as soon as you check-in. The pool area (saltwater pool) is nice and being cleaned everyday. The hotel is located directly at the beach (just separated by the street). The SPA is another nice service of the hotel.The hotel is kind of charming with an interior boat cabin style look.

The pool area was fantastic. The kids pool was attached to the main pool, which was great. Lots of lounge chairs available. The apartment was clean and kitchen fully equipped. A big balcony. Many choices at breakfast.
