Superb location in the old part of town, set in the bustling alleyways of local restaurants and cafes. A very short walk from the train station (which is one stop from the airport), the sites, shops, port, buses to Poetto beach. Modern room was very clean & crisp, comfortable bed, with coffee machine, safe, fridge, lovely toiletries, water & juices every day. Fabrizio the host is super helpful and readily assisted with restaurants, hire car, taxi to the airport, lending bikes and all our queries. After a couple of days we hired a car in town (huge queues at the airport) and visited the Mesa vineyard, Porto Pino beach, then Villasimius in the other direction. Highly recommend CGH as a base for all your exploring.

The location is perfect, we had a great stay there. The host was very helpful, room was cleaned and restocked with everything daily-we had juices, water, milk and nice coffee. The only thing which i could put as a minus (which could be done nothing about) is the noise coming from the street late or very early and if you are a light sleeper could disturb you a little bit. Other than that we loved it.

There is nothing I can complain about. A note of caution: there are two flights of stairs and no elevator. This may be a problem for people with limited mobility. However, the person at reception brought our carry ons upstaris (although we were ready to do it ourselves).

The place is extremely nice. The photos on Booking.com don't even fully capture the style and comfort of this loft. The room is spacious and well-lit. The design is very impressive, featuring modern windows that seal tightly to block out the street noise. The beds are comfortable. While there is no breakfast provided, there are some nice refreshments in the fridge, plus a coffee machine. The bathtub in the middle of the room, accompanied by the soft sounds of jazz radio, makes this the perfect place to relax and enjoy both the accommodation and Sardinia. The staff was exceptionally helpful, providing a list of local restaurants with comments ("this is for seafood", "this is for a sweet breakfast", "this is traditional food", etc.). We tried two of their suggestions—both were excellent. If you are driving, be cautious as this is a ZTL (Zone of Limited Traffic) area. You should be careful about where you park. We managed to find parking on the street two blocks from the hotel.

Everything about this property was exceptional, the welcome lounge and facilities, the taste and style of furnishing and decor, the numerous special little extras of quality toiletries, little juices, plenty of coffee, the standard of cleanliness central but quiet location. The room was absolutely amazing! Very spacious, comfy bed, bathrobes, an apple computer, coffee machine, minibar with free items and a bathtub, 2 TV screens. The attention to furniture and interior design is very nice and gives an extra touch and feeling to the overall experience. For the price you pay, it's outstanding what you get for the value of money. The location is just by the marina with shops, restaurants and bars only a few meters away. The staff is very professional and they speak good English. If you have the chance to book this place, then don't hesitate.

Even though our host, Fabrizio was not present only at the beginning of our stay, he was helping us even from the distance (with the heating and organising a lift). We asked to check-in a bit earlier than it is possible and he was very kind to let us take both rooms which was very comfortable considering I am pregnant. Everyday a cleaning lady came and she left both rooms extremely clean. When we were in a hurry and left a bit of a mess, she even folded our clothes! A great add on was that we got fresh water and juice everyday free of charge . The room upgrade was a big surprise too!

The guesthouse was exquisitely decorated, with comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms. I loved the bikes! :) The staff were friendly and welcoming, eager to help us with any requests. The host Fabrizio is a true gentleman; he helped us carrying our luggage all the way up to the loft, gave us lots of very good information, answered our questions, and showed us great hospitality. Overall, our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay.
