The apartment was very clean and spacious with an amazing view that I enjoyed every morning while drinking coffee 😊 The host, Mario, was very friendly, he even offered us a ride from the bus stop to the accommodation and gave us helpful information to make our visiting plans easier.

I LOVED Absolutely EVERYTHING. This is by far the best property I’ve stayed at. The view is incredible, the room is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. Mario, the host, is the kindest and attentive person you will ever meet. He is super responsive and always looking for ways to make you feel at home. The bathroom is brand new and clean. You have everything you need to make yourself an espresso, tea and a mini fridge to put your snacks. The balcony is so cozy! The area is incredible. I walked everywhere and the views are mesmerizing. If I could give Mario and his house more stars I would. I’m already planning to come back!

It’s a beautiful property surrounded by lush hills and overlooking lake Como. You can see Bellagio across the lake. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of Como and staying where it’s quiet, yet easy to access every where . There’s a lovely path right next to the property that takes you right to the shoreline and you can get on the boats there for touring the lake. The apartment was very clean and has a nice patio with pretty landscaping and exceptional views. The Host, Mario, was very kind and helpful too.

Mario is the perfect host, nothing is too much. He made sure we we're happy and comfortable and gave us some great recommendations for our stay. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and had a lovely old Italian vibe. The view from the large terrace area alone made the stay worth every moment. The location is a 30 min walk into the main town area down a wonderful path which leads through some older parts of the village.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description. It has a great location with a fantastic view. It is a very good starting point for hikes. And the host Mario is very very nice and can be reached at any time. We felt very comfortable.

Perfect stay in a very special clean house with a super host Mario. We spent 6 nights and enjoyed every day the stunning views of the landscape of lake Como and the Bellagio peninsula.  We have been surrounded by nature and well-kept grounds. Mario was always ready to help with good advice, booking restaurants. ...and much more.  We'll be back!!! Already jealous about the next guests following us ... Grazie Mario!!!

The view from the appartment on the Como lake is magnificient. To enjoy the breakfast outside on the terrace was fantastic! The owner and host Mario, is a great person who gives advice, drives you down town or other places if you want to and presented a good bottle of Italian proseco upon arrival. For everybody who plans to visit lake Como a strong recommendation.

the property is just beautiful, from the authentic decor to the greenery and the breathtaking view. we had an amazing time and we would a million percent recommend it especially that Mario the host is extremely welcoming and helpful, he took care of us during our entire stay and made us very comfortable.

There was nothing we did not like.

I chose this room because of the wonderful view over Lake Como and it did not disappoint. The view of the lake and the mountains is quite spectacular and can be enjoyed from the well-furnished portico. The room is beautifully furnished and in very good condition. Our host Mario was most attentive to our every need and as a local was able to give us wonderful tips to make our stay really special. Highly recommended.

Stunning view at the lake como. The host , Mario, was always there if you had any questions about good restaurants, places to visit and everything else. The room , bathroom, and terrace were very clean and everything in very good condition. For sure they try to let you have a really good vacation and time with a stunning view and fair price as well. The espresso in the morning and breakfast on the terrace gives you the perfect start in the day. Nice garden as well. All in all a very fair and good deal. He gave us bottle of sparkling wine to say goodbye. Really courteous. I can recommend the apartment :)
