Other guests leaving early in the morning were quite loud, though that's hardly the fault of the facility. Perhaps they could hang some things in the hall to absorb some noise ? Otherwise, great.

Room is large, AC works great, bed very comfy. Definitely take advantage of the 10% off at Ristorante Cecio, the meal was fantastic and the view outstanding.

The room was quite small and there was no area to sit in other than the room on a bad weather day. Absolutely nothing offered for breakfast in the room other than a small fridge.

We stayed in separate building near the Church. Very central, just above market square, with key to locked gate. Church bells were loud but did not disturb us at night. Closed the double-glazed windows and shutters. Beautiful terrace, great view and birds.

We had to ask/look for the access information to the WIFI. If we managed to connect to the WIFI at all, it was always very slow. We only came across the rooftop terrace by being curious about where the stairs would lead. If you have long hair and use a hair dryer, I would recommend bringing your own, as the provided wall-mounted hair dryers don't have enough power and just don't work properly. The one in room #3 even overheated. Room #3 with the balcony had way more sea view than the alleged sea view room #7. (We had to change rooms during our stay, due to a mix-up with the reservations and got a small discount for it.) As COVID is finally behind us, it would be nice to again offer guests some basic anemities such as a couple of glasses, cups and a water cooker.

The loaction is very nice - direct access to the hiking trail through the garden and not far from the two mini supermarkets at the village's square. We ended up having breakfast at the closest café (A‘ Càneva) every day. Several of other options along the main alley of the Village though. Very nice rooftop terrace. No service offered up there and some of the furniture is damaged - but very nice to bring your own food and drinks, enjoy and watch the last sunrays of the day wash over Corniglia followed by the sunset above San Bernadino up on the hill. The rooms were relatively newly furnished - the quality of the furniture was in accordance with the affordable room rates. The beds were excellent. There was a mini-fridge in the room to cool food and drinks.

Apparently Booking.com didn't pass on our request for 2 beds, rather than a double. We expressly booked accommodations on our trip where this was possible. And although our host said she would organise it for the second night. (Separating beds and providing appropriate bedding) this did not happen. Maybe we were too British and didn't push firmly enough! But seemed they forgot to do it. However the host was very personable.

The friendly staff, the restaurant, our wonderful view from our balcony. It felt like a haven away from the bustle of tourists in the beautiful Cinque Terre.

It was irritating that we could access the room until 6:30, having arrived in Corniglia during the afternoon window when the accommodation is inaccessible. The property having used Covid as an excuse for the lack of facilities in the room felt like a cop out...it's now 2023 and other properties are providing facilities. Furthermore I received at least 10 emails from the property in the run up to my stay, which all stated the same thing and were not exactly welcoming. That was annoying.

The view from the balcony was lovely: the sea, the mountains and Corniglia town all in eyeshot. The room was very clean and modern, with pleasant decorations.

Good location and nice view from the rooms. Unfortunately the accommodation for other members of the family was down in the centre of the village and they found this very noisy and very different to the rooms in the main hotel. We chose to eat at the hotel and it was a lovely meal with very good service.

Difficult to get in contact with hotel staff to report issues. Cleaners not putting up wet floor sign after mopping floors in stair and common areas. Room appeared to be smaller than the photos online.

The view was the hotel rooftop was absolutely stunning - a great place to sit and meditate after a day out. Easy to get to and from the main square, shops, cafes and stairs of Corniglia.

The pillows were pretty flat, but after a long day of hiking it didn’t bother us too much.

We loved how friendly the staff was and the view from our room. The room was clean and has AC. It was easy to get to once you get into the town. We ate at the restaurant they also own and the food was great.

There were no bath mats available in the bathroom. There was dampness and mould in our room after a day of rain. We left the windows open one night and were bitten badly by mosquitoes (this was late Aug/ early Sept). Be mindful of it if you leave the windows open.
