The access path to the chalets was a bit slippery.

The location is very quiet, easy to find, surrounded by a pinewood forest, super friendly staff, nice spa zone. Even small, the 2BR chalet contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. With a huge terrace, it's perfect for a summer holiday as well.

Opening time for sauna, not enough bathrooms in apartment for 6 people (there is only 1), bad stove (there is old one which is very slowly and signs on buttons are not visible any more).

Excellent place, modern but very much in sync with the area. Amazing lobby and facilities. The pool was a great relax spot. Rooms were clean and tidy.

That we had to leave! Everything was perfect!!

Everything!!!! From the minute we checked in until the moment we checked out everything was beyond perfect. The property is super well decorated, modern and clean. It’s stylish but still has a family/cozy vibe to it. The location is perfect because it’s a bit off the center so it’s quiet and relaxing but still within an easy drive of restaurants, main attractions and supermarkets. The team was very friendly and nice and they even upgraded us to a bigger room upon our arrival. We definitely will be coming back because we fell in love with the place ❤️

The rooms are smaller than in the photo, one of the bedrooms is very uncomfortable, next to the bed there is a wooden shelf, quite large, when you get out of bed, especially at night, you hit the corner of the shelf, all your legs are in the hay. We had a small dog with us, 3 kg, for which we paid 40 euros for 2 days, although we chose the hotel on the principle that pets were allowed, and the administrator herself brought a huge dog to work every day, and this was the normal? and the biggest minus of this hotel is that it is always closed, entry is only by ringing or a personal code, we arrived half an hour earlier, we had a small child with us and we could not even go into the lobby, relax a little, after 4 hours in road, check-in strictly at 15.00 even though the hotel was empty..... we sat under the entrance to the hotel with a small child, since we no longer had the strength to be in the car.... in this regard, no respect for clients......

The establishment in question was equipped to a high standard, offering optimum comfort during our stay. The peaceful surroundings were particularly appreciated, allowing us to fully recharge our batteries. In addition, the warm welcome we received on arrival and the availability of the staff throughout our stay greatly contributed to making our experience a memorable one.
