The room has a 'dark' atmosphere. The blinds are black and the windows are locked. I could only ventilate with the air conditioning. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. For the price of the accommodation, it is a notable detail. Quite impersonal treatment.

Had a gym, weights were limited, and not much gym equipment, but satisfactory. Breakfast was pleasant, with pastries, cereal, eggs, Deli meats and cheeses, and coffee, tea, juice. Staff was friendly. Location was a bit distant from downtown, but we were able to walk 15min to the train station. Would stay here again.

If I opened the window, there was noise from train running. so one could not open the window for a fresh air. We asked for the room to be changed but they did change the room, we were given a room suitable for disabled person which was not good at all

It was quite far away from the city center and the shops. There were not much around in terms of supermarkets or restaurants The hotel was right next to major railroads with several busy tracks and noisy trains The room temperature was centrally managed so you could not change it even if you are cold or hot.

Am no fan of the bed. Very simple, hard matrace next to very stiff cushon, gives you a hard night. Breakfast can be done so much better, i.e. with fresh fruits, tasty scrambled eggs and so on. There is no love given to breakfast, mainly sweets, cakes, sugar filled croissants etc.

Clean room, terrace enclosed, 15 min to walk to get into the city, tram and bus station close by too.

It is a bit far from the city center, but we didn’t mind walking the distance in about 30 min from The Dome. The temperature in the room was not going upper than 21 degrees because of some city regulations, but the downside was that during night it was automatically set at 19 degrees (after 12:00) and was very cold and this was not fixed even though we asked for this and I got sick because of this as is was beginning of March and quite cold. In the morning was setting automatically again at 21 degrees. Keep this in mind if you prefer a warmer place. But even with this problem, we would choose this place again, is the best value for money in Florence.

Everything was amazing! The place is very big (we had the superior double room). The staff was incredibly friendly and offered us free breakfast because of the noise that was happening in the lobby until very late in the evenings. The noise problem was also fast fixed after we complained about it. We felt very welcomed here and will definitely come back again as soon as possible!

Bed wood frame corners stick out a lot, and both my wife and I hurt our shins within the first few minutes. Loud light up noises and hard to find switches at night with dark walls. Cheap, loud mattresses with no support. Train noise can be a bit much early in the morning until about 10:30 at night. Lots of young people hanging out at night in the main lobby, gets pretty loud.

Breakfast could use some more variety especially on the savoury side. Hotel is relatively close to the center if you take the tram or bus but if you want to walk then it might be a bit tiring for you. One thing to note is that there were some extra fees not mentioned by Booking (or we might have not noticed) but they are essentially 4 euros per day per person (I think it is the case with all hotels in this city though).

It is a quite modern hotel that is very clean. Our room was perfect and the interaction with the staff was amazing (I asked them to prepare us a cake for my gf's birthday and they did so happily). There was a flexible check out deadline (about 30-60 mins extra) which was really convenient for us but it might have been because there were not a lot of occupants at the time. We also had the chance to store our luggage there for free after check out for our last day.

The beds and pillows were not at all comfortable as they were very firm/hard. Additionally, there was only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire building and the place would benefit from having more. The lack of AC control also made the room uncomfortably hot the entire stay.
