I had an amazing stay! The cleanliness and hygiene of the hotel were outstanding, they really did a fantastic job. The location was perfect, easy access to everywhere. Plus, the breakfasts were superb! It was simply a perfect stay, can't wait to come back.

Breakfast selection was very minimal and the server despite only doing cappuccinos was flapping which created a weird atmosphere. She was asking people if they booked and getting annoyed because they hadn't but it was self service so very little need to be so distressed

There were no lights in the ceiling. The cleaners opened the windows when they were in so there was quite some bugs and mosquitoes.

Prime location for a stay in Rome. A short walk from the train station (Termini), which makes it super handy for getting to and from Fiumicino Airport via a direct train. It's in a prime location for both Metro travel and walking around Rome. A 30-minute walk will get you to the Colosseum, for example. The hotel itself was essentially brand new, modern, and very clean. I'd happily stay here again. An added bonus is their luggage service, which can be used if you're traveling after the checkout time. If you're lucky, your room will overlook the nearby Chiostro di Michelangelo, which has a lovely courtyard. The staff were all super friendly and helpful; they all spoke very good English too, which was great as I'm not a native Italian speaker.

The breakfast was tasty and enough for us, but the food options were a bit limited.

Great location, several minutes from Roma Termini station with direct train to Fiumichino airport, in walking distance to the main attractions (or you can use metro). Small grocery stores and a good restaurant super close, open even on Easter Sunday. Super friendly English speaking staff, good looking modern interior and clean facilities. We even got a room upgrade and honestly the window view was the highlight of our stay! The vicinity feels safe and pretty calm.

The hotel is very well located, but the area is not crowded. In proximity you find everything you need, plenty of amazing authentic restaurants, supermarkets. And the Metro is 5 minutes away. Staff is friendly. The facilities are exactly as described. I really enjoyed staying there

Couldn’t control the air conditioner so room was hot at night.

Very friendly staff, was upgraded to top floor suite with amazing view of garden. The room was very big and had everything we need. Bed was super spacious.

There are no closed cabinets or drawers to keep our clothes. The bed was too soft for us (but this is a matter of taste).

Rome is an expensive city, but this hotel was quite a good value for the money. The staff was friendly, the room was big enough and it has a nice view to a garden (of a museum?). As it is near to the main train station (Termini), it was easy to get from/to the airport (we took the train there and the shuttle bus back). It is not far from the centre, we walked from here to everywhere. We used to small cafés around to have an Italian style of breakfast (cornetto + espresso).

I have nothing to complain. It was well worth the money.

From outside you couldn't tell how modern the interior is. I liked the minimalist design. The room was big, the whole floor was quiet, and also the temperature was nice. The bathroom was clean and brand new, as everything else. The room TV has builtin casting so we could enjoy our shows there without any problem. We didn't use the wifi so I have no experience with that. We didn't have hotel breakfast so I too. From our window there was nice view of the Chiostro di Michelangelo. The hotel is in walking distance from Termini, however I suggest everyone to first go to Repubblica metro station and then turn to Via Cernaia. There are less people on the streets.
