I don’t really have a complaint but several of us were eating at the same time so we had to wait a little while. The food was worth the wait. We also had a difficult time finding the hotel.

The breakfast was made to order and was great. Because it was made to order, the eggs were hot and delicious. Much better than the breakfasts at most hotels in the States. The pastry was flaky and tasty.

No air conditioning, I guess they don’t turn it on in May. Our room had a balcony so we opened the window and slept with it open all night .

The rooms were nice and clean as well as the bathroom and they cleaned daily. The staff at the front desk were nice ,and the same for the staff serving breakfast , the two guys were amazing . Our room had a kitchenette which allowed us to cook dinner a couple of times if you are looking to save some money. Carrefour was nearby, cafes , pharmacy, and the train station . I would definitely stay here if I return.

It was a little warm (end of May) With no AC, but that is par for the course. There are young students staying here, so it can be loud to keep your windows open at night.

What’s the staff here was incredibly helpful and friendly from booking through our stay. The space was clean and the location was convenient to a bus line.

Italy is known for its amazing cuisine, unfortunately, the same could not be said about the breakfast in this accommodation.

Camplus is a nice oasis of quiet after a day of sightseeing. It's very near a train station connecting with the main train station. Buses are near and plentiful. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Would stay there again.

Quite disorganized management: quite some things lacking for breakfast, things acting during room cleaning ( coffee bags, water) and most serious: likely failed to order airport taxi upon departure, blaming taxi company for coming late.

The sheets were not changed during the time frame that we stayed there, and the shower stalls show residue in the corners which depicts the fact that the stalls were not cleaned up properly. We had to ask for towels one day as they were not changed by the cleaning staff. TV programs were all in Italian so if you don't understand the language you cannot watch the news or movies.

The location is very good very close to the Vatican and other attractions, The bus stop was very close as well as many restaurants and convenient stores around. The staff was very helpful specially Frederica, Gemma and Mary,

Its located uphill and so be prepared to walk. The nearest metro station is not close by unless you want to rely on bus. There is also some local policy and restriction on the usage of heating and airconditioner as we were told it cannot be turned on during our stay.

Clean, modern facility which made our stay very comfortable and satisfying. Very helpful staffs at the front desk too!

I'd really thought that it is a typical buffet breakfast ,where a lot of options to choose from. They will show you a menu only for the people who book with bfast inclusions. You can order to the staff whatever you want to eat or drink. But the choices are so limited. Anyway just ask them.if you still want to order again and it is for free..,as long as you will still stay before 10:30am

The location was great,the bus stop will took you 4mins walking distance from the hotel. They clean the room everyday. The staffs were so helpful and accomodating. To be honest, i feel like i just want to stay in my room,that's why i ended up leaving my room late. They also have 2 still water inside the Fridge, a Tv with a built-in Youtube (That's what i really liked,i wont get bored and Netflix( if u have an account). Actually i really love the design and the color of the room and how simple it is ,which i was looking for ,it has a modern/industrial finished look. IT feels like home for me. If i will come back again in Rome,for sure i will.definitely book this hotel without hesitation.
