Location was in the centre of Rome. Close to everything. Room was exactly what we needed, good air flow.

We are very glad we chose Campo Marzio for our vacation in Rome! The hosts were very caring and friendly. They waited for us and met us at the entrance when we arrived later than expected from the airport. We were leaving early in the morning, and they ordered a taxi for us in advance. Both check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient. The location is just perfect! It's hard to find a better place to stay in Rome to visit all the sights! All attractions were within walking distance. The Camp Marzio has all the visitors might need, like coffee maker and microwave. The room was beatifully furnished, clean, and comfortable. When we go to Rome again we hope we can book this place again!

the location was perfect, everything was very close. to reach Piazza Navona, Pantheon, it was only 5 minutes by foot, whereas the colosseum and Vittorio emanuele’s monument 20/30 minutes. The room was very clean and it had all the facilities you need.

An area to put the towels to dry. Would have been great a balcony but as most of the properties there aren’t any.

The location, ease of access to the surroundings. We were able to visit most of Rome attractions by feet. The access in the buiding was super smooth and the room was really clean. The host is great and opened.

Nothing we didn’t like really! It was a great spot! Be aware there are pretty thin shared walls with 2 other rooms, (sort of like an apartment with 3 rooms that was made into a b&b but with your own washroom/shower) so depending on the other guests you would hear them talk/ do stuff, it didn’t interrupt us as we were out most of the day from early morning and the other guests were all respectful.

The Location was perfect and the room was great! Very clean and comfortable. AC was working very well which is key in the heat wave in Rome. We had a cute window out to the street (and good light in the room). The host was nice and showed us everything when we arrived and was easy and fast with communication. There is a communal little kitchen with some equipment to cook and light breakfast provided (the yogurts and juice were a great plus!) The ceiling was beautiful and such a cool thing to have in your room, an actual piece of history of Rome. Oh- and make sure to eat at the spot right in front, great food and service!

Everything was brilliant, super secure and central location!! 100% would recommend. I would say it is more a continental breakfast, so if you want cooked, you can go elsewhere, but it was perfect for us, and appreciated having a tray of it in the room/extras out the room in the communal kitchen! It would be great if there were more tea options (e.g. herbal teas), but not detrimental at all.

Excellent location-we walked everywhere. -- to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Meticulously clean -- housekeeping every day. Friendly and helpful host--he met us at the property when we arrived. Very charming property -- over 220 years old, yet the bathroom is modern, and the bed is very comfortable-slept so well that jetlag was practically non-existent; the AC was very much appreciated because the weather was roasting hot. It is on the third floor of a building with very high ceilings. Fortunately, there is an elevator-- very tiny one but it works fine. Wi-fi is not so good inside the bedroom but excellent in the common lounge area just outside the bedrooms. Two restaurants are directly downstairs--one is casual and is very good. The other one may be considered excellent. We had a wonderful time in Rome and this B&B contributed a fair amount to it.

Booking description mentions that there is a shared kitchen, though it is a bit misleading: only an electric kettle is available for guests, not other facilities. WiFi signal was low and not stable in the room but OK at the reception.

Really beautiful old building, interior very chique and comfortable, perfect location. The only disappointement was, that contrary to the indications on the Booking, there was no Spa. But it seems this error has been fixed
