Hard to point to anything at all that was a problem - there was even a lift for those that require assistance!

The location was magic o looking a daily market, and a nice walk to central Roma and across the river. Best of all though was gaida the property manager, nothing was an issue, any question we had was answered nearly immediately, and was full of helpful information.

We were with a baby. There were stairs to the elevator and the elevator was so small...and after reaching the 3rd floor more stairs..so it was not easy..

The junior suite was amazing. Windows and balcony right above the market..it is actualy two adjoining rooms. Very spacious and clean. A crib was provided for our baby. The shower is great. The mini bar was free and water soda and sparkling wine were a nice welcoming touch. The place has a common room with a coffee machine and it is a kind of lounge..very nice and relaxing..the room was cleaned and the towels were changed...The surrounding area is full of restaurants and shops.

The check in was very efficient but I didn’t actually see anyone in person while I was there. But it all worked seamlessly although there was some confusion with the restaurant owner next door where I was due to get my breakfast.

The hotel does not include breakfast but suggests taking your breakfast at the Cafe next door. Beware that it is very expensive. 10 euros for a coffee and croissant and juice is more than anywhere we saw in all the city. The coffee machine in the common room is nice to have but it didn't work. Needed to be cleaned and descaled and wouldn't make any more coffee until it was done. Giada compensated us with a free coffee at the Cafe which was very kind. As other guests have mentioned, it's NOT quiet. Campo di fiori is alive all night long! I knew this going in so wasn't surprised that I couldn't sleep. The second night I used the earplugs provided and this really helped! I had a wonderful sleep!

The location of campo24 was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We walked everywhere to all the main sites. The bus is also easy to catch just a 4 min walk away. Giada was very communicative and helpful. Our room was bright and airy.

We had tech problems but quickly resolved by the host Gaida and her very patient husband.

This is a fabulous property. Gaida communicates well, gives you perfect instructions on how to access the property. The room itself is large, great views, comfortable bed, super shower. It’s very clean. Easily accessed from Rome Termini. Central so walkable everywhere.

Everything was more than my expectation. The host Giada is the best host for sure. I asked her to refill my coffee, and she gave me 2 times more than i needed. She also gave me an umbrella because it was raining. Whatever i say is not enough. I wish i could give more than 10 rating. I am super satisfied about my stay. Thank you, Giada, you are the best. 🫶🏽

The location is great and in a very lively part of the city with access to all the major places of interest. The room is very clean, lihgt and spacious. The bathroom is cleaned and the towels changed each day.

The location was perfect. Exactly what I wanted. The apartment was also comfortable, clean, had 2 separate rooms and a nice bathroom. Comms were very good. I did wonder if noise from the market outside in the morning would be an issue but with the doors shut I didn't hear a thing.

The bed was too soft for my liking. The room is large but a bit stark, it's very white with nothing on the walls. The lounge chair was rickety. But great stay over all

Great location. Easy access. Large room with a balcony and a view, recently and nicely renovated. Brand new bathroom, good shower - also with a view! There's a lounge chair and a stool so only one person can sit on the balcony. Owners respond quickly.

We are very satisfied with Campo24roma Guesthouse. It is located in the heart of Rome, in the Campo de' Fiori square. The room has a balcony and a view of the square, very clean. There is a free mini bar with drinks which was replenished daily. Very nice breakfast in an establishment on the square. We had very detailed information about the accommodation from Giada. Everything was perfect. Hope to visit the place again.

So many instructions on how to get into the building. Small bed had no linens. No wash clothes. Elevator doesn’t go to the unit floor so you have to carry bags up the steps. Balcony has no chairs to sit on.

Location was awesome. Nice size unit. Refrigerator in the room. View. Clean. Great staff.
