Everything is quite old and worn. There are no modern electricity sockets, compatible with European standard plugs.

The air conditioner was not working the first night. Shower stall was tiny and moldy. The balcony did not look safe to go out on, as the concrete was broken in numerous places.

The window shutters were broken so we couldn't use the balcony. The internet was awful. There was no bathroom floor mat, as a result, the bathroom floor was sopping wet.

The bedd was very comfortable.

Accommodation was a 15 minute walk through grafetti decorated buildings and streets. The hotel is old and needs a great deal of T.L.C. the shutters didn't work so we had no view. From the balcony. No floor mat for the bathroom so the floor was drenched.

There is no noise insulation at all, you can hear neighbours talking even at normal tone of voice

It's good value for money. The hotel is quite dated and could do with a refreshment but Room are large and clean with comfortable bed at a good price. There is private parking available and staff is helpful.

Bathroom was very old and patched up, mould stained with concertina door which was awkward to use. Everything is old and very worn out. Would have appreciated a 2nd pillow. Towels weren't there in our room... (another trip down to reception).

Appreciated that they had a room with a working AC. Room was a good size. Breakfast was generous. The very young family member was an efficient booking receptionist. Plenty of car parking.

This was already the third time I stayed in this hotel. The location is close to the University and that was extremely important to me. Decent breakfast. Free WiFi with good connection. Parking is free. Bari Train Station and the city center are a 15-minute walk away, while the historic center with the Basilica of Saint Nicholas is 4 km away.

Very nice gentleman at the reception who helped me with everything I needed, I had 2 separate bookings.. At the first one I wasn't really happy with some things in the room.. So at the second stay I got a better and bigger room to make it up to me... Thank you for that 😉

Before arriving the hotel asked me to confirm my arrival on a daily basis although I had confirmed it on a daily basis. Even they asked for my confirmation a couple of hours before arriving while I was on a plane. It was annoying like hell and made me frustrated. I clearly stated my arrival once booked the property, confirming that I will arrive one hour after the standard check-in time, that is 1. a. m. They asked me to verify during my flight the night I arrived to confirm if I would arrive by 1. a.m. This was extremely irritating. Also, they asked me to hand in the keys all times I left the hotel, and if the receptionist was away for some reason, and I met him on the way out, he asked harshly about the keys. I felt like treated like a child and watched excessively.

Daily cleaning, new towels daily, the cleaning lady was kind and spoke some English. The bathroom was clean. Altough I didnt pay for breakfast, they offered it for me for free. They had cornflakes, milk and joghurt and some cheap croissants.

Despite the smoking is forbidden, probably someone was smoking in the room for a log time. everything stank like wet ashtray. If we were staying for more than 1 night, we would have to ask for a room change

Breakfast appauling. Location a bit far from the city centre Cleanliness to be applied Bathroom facilities marginal and in need of renovation Staff that understands basic english No potable water available for guests in the midst of a July heatwave!!!
