Located right in the middle of hustle and bustle, unfortunately it was too noisy for us to sleep in at night and in the morning. Quite a bit of stairs to climb to without a lift.

Advertised beforehand but no wifi. No fault of the building but no lift. Not a negative but if you're a light sleeper the bells from the cathedral will wake you up!

The owner lady bothered us constantly asking when we arrive eventhough we said we do not know exactly. We said that we will arrive in indicated check-in time but she asked again and again. I even thought to cancel my reservation. As a tourist I do not need to have that punctuality and indicate exact time. The street where the hotel is located is quite noisy in the night and morning.

The owner lady was so smiling and welcoming. The room was clean and we had private shower. The location quite close to duomo and center.

Very central place with a super friendly and engaging host. The room was spotless with daily cleaning. Note that if you have a room towards the street there will be quite some noice through the night, do bring ear plugs!

Rooms and separated bathrooms were very basic but clean.

Location is better than excellent. 50m from the cathedral. I needed to share the bathroom but for the price and location that was fine. The place is honest and calm in an old building. The owner was very nice and helped with anything.

The rooms have the capacity for mini fridge, tv, and there is no internet and the reception is pretty bad.

There was no WiFi which I guess was stated on the site but I did not see that. This wouldn't be a problem but the mobile internet connection wasn't great and made working a bit difficult.

Extremely clean rooms and bathroom. Room was a good size and included a sink, table/chairs and wardrobe. We asked for extra pillows and they brought them to us.

The bath size in bathroom could be bigger. I know it was our bath which was small, the others were bigger.

Location was great, we spend 2 nights at the hotel. It was really comfortable and cozy room in the city center. You can arrive anywhere with max 10 min walking from the hotel. The host was really great and helpful. Helped us about everything which we needed.

The location was 10/10! Perfect position to everything. The rooms were basic but clean and nice. The staff were nice, no wifi, need cash only for city tax which was annoying and they were only happy to store bags at certain times of the day which wasn’t helpful.

Easy check in and the host was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and clean room. We booked a room with shared bathroom but there was a sink in the room which was super useful. Quite spacious and bathroom was good too. Loved the location of this place as it was just a step away from all the sights and restaurants. Good value for money.

Please don’t take as criticism as this I not but to improve for future visits. Maybe have some toiletries and bath mat in bathroom. I would have preferred en suite but bathroom was very clean.

The hotel was central for everything and in a good position. Everything for me was in walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious. The owner was a very nice friendly lady who explained the key system well. Property was well secured so felt safe.
