The customer service was excellent and the room was super clean. The location was perfect, super close to the beach, shops, and the Carnival.

Two things to consider. 1. Stairs with no lift. So I less you get bottom floor room, you will be climbing stairs. 2. This is older hotel that has been updated. Bathrooms are very small.

Convenient location to train and bus stop and beach area. Quaint and charming older style hotel. It has no lift but owner had someone to help carry our bags to our room. Very neat and clean in bedroom. Lovely balcony with old style shutter doors. AC worked very well. Breakfast was a delicious mix of cheeses, meats, and pastries, yogurt, cereals. Cappuccino, tea, of coffee americano. Staff was great. Spoke very little English but we managed. Overall great stay and would recommend.

The owners of the hotel work there thereselfs and they helped us with so many difficult things (our car broke down). They really take care of their guests and try to make all guests as happy as possible.

Very nice and cozy small family hotel with perfect location- few steps from the sea and 10mins walk from the train station. All family members who served us at the hotel were very lovely: granny made nice home-made-like Italian dinners and mum and son made perfect support at the reception and prepared for us perfect evening drinks. Thank you for welcoming us and for our patience with our small (and sometimes noisy) kids and evening talks:)

+ breakfast was tasty with coffee, tea, fruits, yoghurt, some sweet pastries and also ham, cheese and bread etc. + room was clean + easy to get to from the Viareggio train station, only 10 min walk just down the street + beach is a block away. We went to Milano beach, it was great!

There is nothing that I didn't like, just a small note: There is no separate, self-contained shower cubicle in the bathroom. The shower device is directly in the bathroom, so that the toilet, for example, gets wet when showering. Oh, and the toilet is so close to the wall that you might get a cold leg because your thigh touches the cold tiles. However, due to my numerous holidays in Asia, I am used to completely different bathrooms, so as I said, this is not really a negative factor and I would definitely choose the hotel again.

The Hotel is quite cozy, just a 10 minutes walk from the train station and only 2 minutes from the beach (promenade). The hotel staff was very friendly! Breakfast was nice, the room clean and the bed really comfortable. I slept really well. The proximity to the beach promenade and the restaurants located there makes the hotel a perfect place to stay. The walls are a bit thin so it’s not ideal for light sleepers.

The owners were very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with many different pastries, both sweet and salty.

The room itself was pretty small, so much so that for someone with big feet like me, it extremely difficult to walk past the bed to access the balcony. The bathroom is also very small and the toilet is an angle that makes it very hard to use comfortably. I can't really criticise this too much as it's location means that you're only really in the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. And dog cuddles.

Great location near the beach. Very sweet and friendly Labrador that follows the owner around. Breakfast is nice, though basic and served in their beautiful courtyard. Friendly and helpful owners too.

Only minor niggle was that we had to climb several stairs to get to our apartment - no lift.

Good location, close to beach and train station, and easy parking outside. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff, so much so that we had a bottle of Prosecco from our previous apartment and they allowed us to store in their fridge and drink it one night while playing cards in their lounge. We may well go back here in the future.

Missing AC is a bit of a pain and a fridge would be handy too. Also, we were supposed to have a room with a sea view as mentioned in our reservation on booking but instead our view was into the inner block.

Breakfest were really nice with all we needed there including great ristretto. The location is also a very big advantage if this hotel.

there was an unpleasent misunderstanding with the breakfast, we were willing to have this breakfast included in the price but aparently it was not included in our booking confirmation and therefore we couldn"t have it, even though it was free of additional charge. So advice for you: doublecheck your booking confirmation whether the breakfast is included there, if not than contact the hotel immediatelly

the staff was extremely nice, kind and helpful, they can speak only Italian (we didn't) but there was no problem with the communication. The location was good, close to the beach and shops and not far from the train station. The room was big (with 3 beds for 2 persons).

The parking situation in viareggio was generally bad, but the owner gave us a really cheap parking ticket for the week. So it was not that big of an issue.

Rooms get cleaned Daily unless wished otherwise. The atmosphere during our stay was very pleasant. The owner made us great coffee every day in the morning and plates with ham and cheese and warm cornetti (like a croissant) She gave us tips throughout our entire vacation and was very caring. Next time we are in Viareggio, we will definitely visit again.

I can only confirm that this accommodation is a hidden germ in Viareggio. The room was nice, the breakfast excellent and the owners were 100% professional and friendly. Location in a calm street very near the beach and all things to see.

This is a family run hotel and the moment you stepped in, you felt the warmth and joy there. Very close to the beach and palm tree- lined walk by the beach, yet also central to the city. Great restaurants (but the little restaurant in the hotel is yummy too!), parks, and of course the beach are so close to this charming hotel! The owners Christina and Lucca were super kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, including arranging Carnevale tickets for us, restaurant suggestions, etc,,. The hotel is a cheerful turquoise sea-themed hotel, and white washed and fresh. Wrought iron and marble, sweetly decorated with cheerful flowers and seashells. The rooms and shower may be petite but well designed, and the room has all you need to be comfortable. We slept very well in the comfortable beds and the breakfast was wonderful too. Great for couples, young adults and families alike. We loved our stay here!

Our room had a large bathroom, for Italy, and a large window overlooking the street with a view of the sea. The location was perfect - easy walk from the train station and an even easier walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection of meats, cheeses, and pastries. The host was very pleasant and helpful!
