Breakfast was with good variety: omelets, fried eggs, pastries, cheeses-hams, yogurts, all kind of cakes, fruits and very good coffee👍 You can make tea and coffee also in room for free and bottle of water is in minibar for 2€

Localization hotel is perfect - ca. 10 mins. walking to Milan Central Station and transfer buses to Malpensa Airport. Fantastic connection to main attractions (metro, city buses) or longer walking (my choice) to Piazza del Duomo. In near hotel area many restaurants. Room was clean with all needs facilities. Very good Wi-Fi connection. Delicious breakfast (anybody find something good - sweet/salty snacks, vege etc., great coffe) in cosy restaurant. Easy and fast check-in/check-out. Friendly and kindly personnel. Thats all made my visit in Italy unforgotable. Grazie mille! :-)

Due to some regulations mandated by law, there was no heating in the air conditioning units (as we were informed, and upon subsequent research, we discovered that heating is permitted only from October to April). Additionally, the hot water wasn't as hot as we expected; I would estimate it was around 40-50 degrees Celsius.

The location was 3 minutes' walk from the central train station and a 15-minute walk from the old city center. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Didn't have a double bed in the room, was literally two single beds one next to the other, sometimes it was uncomfortable. Shower was good but water temperature wasn't stable, sometimes getting colder.

Room was simple but great in general. Location was excellent, near the central station (so easy to go anywhere) and also near a lot of good restaurants. Staff was really polite.

No air conditioning even through the rooms were so hot. Day temperatures were up to 27 degrees and I was told at reception that they don’t switch the aircon on as it’s not in season (it’s mid spring). Magically started working on the last day of our stay! I also requested a double bed before my stay which was not accommodated. We received two single beds. Staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming but we were well organised and didn’t need much assistance thankfully. The light above the full length mirror at the entrance of the room did not work, so it was extremely dark and we couldn’t really use the mirror unless the bathroom door was opened for that light to shine through. Shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor.

Great location. Close walking distance to Milano Centrale and airport shuttles. The room provided some extras like shower caps, coffee, and hand wash / body wash which was nice. Slippers were given to us on the last day of our stay only though. Nice bathroom, was comfortable and modern. Pillows and bed was comfortable.

Rooom was pretty small. There was quite a bit of noise from outside, despite there being double glazing. Didn't feel like great value for money, although it's about right for the area and time of year.

Room was comfortable. Location was good. Breakfast was nice, we really like the breakfast room! One day it was raining heavily and it was quite a lovely sound. Staff were polite and professional. Location is good but it's a metro ride to the duomo and most attractions.

On the negative side, The space for three people is not ample, the cleanliness of the apartment left something to be desired, and the bathroom exhaust fan was weak and took a long time to defog. Furthermore, there was a lack of clarity in the information provided by one of the hotel staff members. We chose not to include breakfast in our stay; we only purchased American coffee (in a large cup). At one point, we were informed that the coffee was complimentary, even when we wanted to pay for it. However, at check-out, we were charged for 6 days of coffee (drinks), suggesting that the consumption was excessive. This was an unpleasant and unnecessary situation, especially since there are several options nearby. There was a lack of management, good service, and courtesy.

The Hotel Canova presents both positive and negative aspects. Among the positive points, there is the excellent location, very close to the train and metro station, Milano Centrale, as well as the comfort of the beds, the spacious bathroom, and the good facilities at the reception.

There was a bar near the building with a loud music in the night, but it didn’t disturb so much.

The location was close to the famous destinations by walk.Several supermarkets, cafes and restaurants were nearby. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice.

The Airconditioning wasn’t available to be used due to government restrictions and with the windows opened it was pretty noisy late into the night.
