The sunbeds on the beach with the umbrellas cost extra, depending on the season currently around 30 €/day. But that is typical for Italy. For us it was not worth it, we could spread our umbrella and our large beach blankets but next to the sunbed area, so ok. We also brought beach towels and saved the paid beach towel service of the hotel with it. Not so great is the infrequent cleaning of the room. In 10 days the room was cleaned only once. The cleaning was good, but 2-3 times cleaning per stay would be better. We resorted to the brooms provided and cleaned ourselves, but in a 4 star hotel we would have expected a little more frequent cleaning. Food was quite crowded, but the hotel was also fully booked. We were lucky with our room right next to the forest - those who have their room right by the pool/street/animation area are certainly not as satisfied. The shuttle from the parking lot goes regularly. But you don't need a shuttle, walking 10 minutes is usually no problem at all. It is a pity that passengers have to breathe the exhaust fumes of the shuttle, an electric motor would be more pleasant and also more representative for the hotel. Caution, in the upper bunk beds of the children, the drop-out protection is not firmly mounted!!! Our child rather slept in the lower bed after the fall-out protection fell out of the upper bunk bed during the night.

A family hotel, very suitable for families with children, directly on the beautiful, clean and child-friendly sandy beach. Breakfast was very good. Although every day the same, but you always had enough there and there was always everything, cheese, sausage, eggs, sausages, cereal, yogurt, etc.. Coffee was not so great, but you could drink it. Lunch was sometimes mediocre, sometimes very good, so overall good. Unfortunately, lunch was very busy, but the hotel was also completely booked at the time. The location on the beach is fantastic. Just in swimwear out of the room and to the beach in under 2 minutes. The beach is long in both directions, the guests spread out very well without crowds and stress. There are hotel showers right on the beach, great. The beach is clean, suitable for children, safe. This is a family hotel, there were no parties or loud celebrations. The hotel is very suitable for children, most guests were families with children. Despite this, or because of this, it was very cultured and pleasant. The pool is clean and not crowded. There are enough sunbeds at the pool.

Entertainments at the evening were only in italian - difficult to participate or understand for non italian speakers. The service of chairs/umbrella on the beach is too expensive (20euros per day).

Food at restaurant buffet was excellent (we have taken half-board). The beach is very beautiful and enough large to have place (we didn't use the service of chairs/umbrella). Swimming pools are nice, and the appartement as well.

You have to pay extra fees to use the beach. When we did the booking no one said that the beach is probably and you will need to pay more to use it. One month before or stay i received a message telling me that the beach is probably and if I want to use it we will have to pay extra fees and the fees will include a beach umbrella and chairs. I don't think this is fair or right, you are already staying in the hotel but your are not allowed to use the beach, doesn't make any sense🧐

There's no shuttle from the train station, so ask them for the number of a taxi. The hotel room and the television was a bit too small. Bathroom had a good size, but was poorly designed. There was a closet too close to the the toilet, for instance, making usage a bit uncomfortable.

All meals were free buffet, varied and delicious, and it included fruits and desserts. The beach is great, plain, soft sand, no rocks. The sun sets at the sea, which was an amazing view every day. Pool area is very nice, beautiful trees around. They also had a mini market, a laundry room and pizzarias.

Children program starts too late (noisy).

Location of the property was great, direct access to the beach, stuff were super polite and service was great. Our bed mattress was bad, we told that to the receptionist and in less than hour got a great new mattress. Great food choices.

It was frustrating not to be able to book the buffet dinner at 7:30pm, if it's not already included in your package, you have to wait till 8:30pm. Booking a day ahead is necessary. The loungers on the beach are paid - the fact that front row is more expensive than the rest is a cheap move, which doesn't fit the overall pleasant experience.

Beautiful beach strip surrounded by nice pine forest, a facility with history (❤️), very nice staff, clean rooms, very decent buffet food for the price. Overall good value for money. Keep in mind it's mainly for families, they have lots of activities also.

Would appreciate more kids equipment at the apartment (table, child seat/chair). A bit noisy in the evenings.

- the bathing suit of my wife disappeared when the towels were changed (we suppose). We reported it but nothing happened, at check-out no word about it… The same with our air pump, it just disappeared… - WLAN in the room… only if you are lucky - English is a real problem for most of the employees - even if you ignore the language problem, some employees have no idea what they are supposed to do: at the check-in we didn’t receive the account for the club’s app, so we weren’t able to connect in the app where you are supposed to book stuff; the directions to our room were wrong, we had to search for it with two children and a lot of luggage for some good 10-20 minutes, what somehow spoiled our mood; we ordered pizza, paid for it and afterwards the lady at the desk didn’t inform the ‘kitchen’ about it; conclusion - some more waiting time for us… we can afford it, we’re on holiday - some facilities pretty old, some investment are needed; - some employees seem to be under a lot of stress, understandable from my point of view (see next point) - you can see almost everywhere some “coordinator” with some sheets of paper, documenting and checking stuff… - bottom line: there is a lot of potential to make stuff a lot better, for the issues listed above I think the management has to find solutions. The employees do their best but with no support from the management (only monitoring from what we saw) it will be hard - email from the marketing manager before checking out begging for positive feedback… unacceptable… if you really want to be better, than you will have to accept criticism and do something about it. Otherwise it seems like someone only wanting positiv feedback to get more customers…

The biggest problem in this hotel was food, we was there for 13 days, and every day there was scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon, 13 days! Lunch and dinner was not good too. Very stupid system with booking time when you want to visit swimming pool, and you will have only 1.5 hours.

It was really good location, very good beach and sea. Very good animation, and staff in restaurant!

We understand that COVID-19 changed things; however, the set up for breakfast did not operate well with response to how many guests there were. Also it wasn't clear to the guests how Canado wanted to work. They did not want you to serve yourself for certain items but yet, let you and all the other guests touch/serve themselves for other items (i.e. pour Milk, serve up cereal, etc.). Often the lines would be long and they did not restock the food and basically closed down right in front of your face. Thank goodness that the Service boss was around and corrected the employees actions when he saw it. Thank you.

Lovely beach and the location is fine. Great pizza and we loved that we could pre-order and have it delivered to the reception. The shuttle train ran well and the takeaway bar was also excellent!

Too many people even in September. But this you can feel only on hotel territory.

Located out of the city. Nice, not crowded beach around 500 meters away from other populated places. Quite simple facilities on the territory (including the rooms) but clean and comfortable.
