Very stylish and comfortable accommodation. The owners have immaculate taste in interiors/ details - everything was perfect , particularly the shower!. Communication from start to finish was great & very helpful.

The property was extremely clean and bright and was beautifully decorated and maintained. We chose a double deluxe bedroom for comfort and we certainly received that 🤩 Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and we will definitely recommend this property to our friends in the event of them visiting Florence in the future.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, spotlessly clean and fantastic location, it’s very secure and no noise can be heard from outside , Flavio is a wonderful host, so helpful , as are all the breakfast staff.

Honestly, cannot think of anything we didn’t like. There are stairs to get to the B and B ( and then there is a lift) so if stairs are a problem this is not the place for you. But the owner communicated this in advance.

Everything about this B and B was lovely. Our room was large, upscale and immaculate. The staff and owner could not have been nicer. The location can not be beat. Owner helped us with taxi reservations, restaurant suggestions, etc.

The location was amazing. Flavio is an excellent host and super helpful and honest. The biggest headache in florence is parking but don't worry Flavio had that sorted well. The rooms are located in an old and classy building that felt very modern and spacious. There is an elevator installed in the building however its from the 2nd floor, not a big issue at all. The widows were some marvel of engineering. Once they are closed you hear nothing from the streets. The rooms were spacious , Bed comfortable, location impeccable. I highly recommend a stay here.

Flavio, the manager, is fantastic! He’s incredibly helpful, accommodating, and charming. We shared our circling experience trying to return a rental car. He told us Florence has a traffic congestion pricing system for non residents. If you have a specific hotel destination, the hotel must arrange a pass or you will incur a fine. He went out of his way to ensure that our getting lost in Florence would not cost us! He also called the rental car agency to obtain our car’s plate number. He went out of his way to assist us and make sure we were not fined. We had an inside room and it was extremely quiet. No street noise! The room was larger than most with a sitting area adjacent to the bedroom. Housekeeping was meticulous. The staff at breakfast were friendly and gracious. We look forward to a return visit!

The location is awesome and away from heavy crowds, but super close to everything. Our hosts were gracious, extremely helpful without hesitation. We ended up catching a virus and they arranged for a doctor to come check us out. I’d definitely return.

During an unexpected rail strike, the staff at the Canto degli Aranci worked very hard to help us travel to Florence and greeted us at the door when we arrived. They could not have been more accommodating. The Canto degli Aranci is located close to key Florence attractions, the rooms are well appointed. We particularly liked the artwork that lined the walls. We look forward to another visit.

Clean facilities, delicious fragrance all over the place, perfect location, Flavio and staff were wonderful, kind and efficient. The breakfast was out of this world: home made cakes , tarts, croissants, cappuccino, excellent quality cold cuts and cheese.

Be aware that there are 32 steps to climb before you get to the lift (they state this very clearly in their description). Breakfast doesn't start until 8.30am. That is a bit late if you have a 9am tour or an early departure.

This is a lovely place to stay. Staff are very warm and welcoming, it is in a great location and the rooms are bright, clean and quiet. You can help yourself to fruit, biscuits, pastries and other things from the kitchen/dining area. The staff will happily organise tours for you.

Breakfast could be more varied. Lift only from first floor and a large number of steps to lift. Luckily Flávio helped with bags or we would struggle.

Very comfortable and clean . Beds nice and firm. Made us feel very welcomed. And could not have been more helpful. Flávio very helpful organising the taxi to station and helped us with our luggage down the flight of steps.

Super location for a quick walk to the Duomo, to the Palazzo Vechio, and to many great restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast was good.

Nothing to criticise, all positive

Messages before arrival from our host, arranging our arrival. Greeted exceptionally well, made very welcome. Requests for little items to help our stay always met with friendly and positive response. Room was larger than expected, comfy bed, exceptionally clean and bed made/towels changed every day for a 3 night stay which we did not expect but appreciated. Communal area was lovely, light and airy, breakfast room was very well set out, simply but with a little style, with excellent continental breakfast choices available and additional effort to accommodate a Coeliac which again is always greatly appreciated. A great location, both for the day and evening. Easy walking distance of all the places you would likely wish to visit regards the tourist trail. Our host also provided us with some excellent suggestions of local smaller places to eat, where the ambiance and food was distinctly Tuscan, and all within 10-15 mins stroll. Upon leaving, we checked out but were left with access to the Hotel for safe storage of luggage for our last few hours in the city, allowing us to see out the trip without the need to carry bags for the last couple of hours, then collect and head to the train station. Flavio was a wonderful host. Great place to stay, excellent value for money.

Very clean, modern, tastefully decorated . Perfect location, short walk to Duomo, Uffizzi , restaurants , theater . We had an early morning and they accommodated my daughter and I by having an early breakfast at 7:30.. Will be going back for sure.

This B&B is located on the 3rd floor of the building. There is no elevator from the entrance to the first floor. On one night, there was a live music in the building or somewhere very close and it was noisy. Other than that, the windows are sound proof and it was quiet.

The room was very clean with stylish decor. Our room was a corner room for 3 people and very spacious. The location is very convenient and easy to access to all the main historical sites. There are more than enough options for restaurants, markets and cafes nearby. The good security with two locked gates and it felt safe. Just to set the right expectations, this is not a full service hotel and no staff is on site 24 hours. The breakfast is nice with good options of pastries, cold cut meat and cheese, fruits and yogurt. The staff offered to make coffee and hard boiled eggs.
