The hotel location is between busy roads and a train track. (This didn’t really bother me as Taormina is just a very busy place and the hotel is a little oasis of calm in between) but it is worth a mention

I didn’t like the position of the bar in lobby was often busy and noisy I also thought a bit overpriced compared to other stays

Need food options for lunch. Hungry when checking in and told nothing available in the hotel.

No food available for lunch. Had dinner there. Our orders were delivered less than 10 minutes after ordered and beautifully presented on the plate. Service was so fast the meals must have already been prepared and under a heat lamp for a while. Rabbit was dry. Having the shuttle was a definite bonus. Easy access and parking at hotel.

Lots of noise from early morning to early evening as the hotel were building cabins for the summer season. Drilling, hammering, a digger daily. Also balcony overlook the beach but also train lines at the back and busy road at the front. Noise all day till late at night, even with closed doors. Paying for towels by the pool. Daily cost of 3 euros each. Which could really build up over a week for a family or couple. No welcome water. I stayed in a cheap hostel in Catania. In the room on my 1st day was free bottle of water. However 4 star hotel not one bottle of free water. Stocked fridge but everything costs. Also paper cups in rooms. Not glass. I wonder of the recycling that has to be done if it is.

Rooms very spacious. Very clean. Good quality toiletries. Very comfortable bed. High quality linen. Well stocked fridge. Working TV. Balcony with sea views. Breakfast ok. Excellent staff. Nice pool area. Very comfy sun loungers. Beach is a few steps away. Nice reception and bar area. Nice restaurant.

Biggest complaint as with so many hotels that there is no plug socket next to a mirror for us ladies . Dressing table and plug socket and a TV that no one watches ! Resorted to reversing the camera on my iPhone to style my hair. Drives me crazy ! You can’t dry hair in a bathroom full of steam from the shower! Went in October (26 -28 degrees) but can’t use pool as freezing which was reason for picking this hotel . Bathroom very dark

No price list for the mini bar. Got stung 9.00 euro for a bottle of water when they charge 1.50 Euro for the same in the local shop. Outrageous.

Lovely hotel. Clean and welcoming. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff at the reception desk were very helpful. Bonus of a shuttle bus to take you into the town as it's too far to walk. Their private beach was very handy. Lovely place, would stay again.
