WOW! I rented the tent and was amazing overall at the facilities here. The Spa is hands down the best I have ever been to. The breakfast the best breakfast buffet. and had an amazing 5-star steak dinner with a nice wine. The whole concept is a bit odd - luxury caravan park, but I am VERY HAPPY!! Great start or finish to any hike nearby.

This is the best place to stay when visiting the Dolomites. We were amazed by our bungalow we stayed in and the views the park offered. I would and plan to return. We loved the spa and facilities. The restaurants on the site were awesome as well. They were super pet as well.

Nothing serious, just a small thing - it would be great to have an espresso machine (the cheap Nespresso would be fine) in the lodges. ;)

Beautiful location in the middle of the mountains. Great breakfasts, comfortable and super clean lodges. And - last but not least - very friendly personnel. We'll be back, thanks!

Not enough relaxing rooms/beds at the sauna area. Unfortunately there was only 1 restaurant open and it was kind of fine dining.

Lodges are really nice, well equipped and spotless clean. Pool and Sauna are beautiful.

the only place where you can buy food or cigarettes closed at 7pm, for sure you could keep it open until 11 also because is the only place where you can buy water. staff at the restaurant is really rude and the manager often scream against his own staff and customers, me included, and that was really embarrassing. I really believe they should say something to the manager and teach him how to do his job because he stress everyone and I couldn’t enjoy my breakfast. amazing sauna and swimming pool but too many kids, they should create different area between kids and adults also because the only place without kids is the sauna, but in the sauna you must be naked and maybe not everyone enjoy that. I can’t stay all day with kids screaming and running.

the place was amazing, we slept in the tent and it was an amazing experience. the place was clean and the. sauna was just amazing . restaurant is good, really good quality food even if a bit expensive.

we were lucky to find accidentally this place when we was already on the way to Dolomiten, Hotel, Personal, SPA, Food , Breakfast!!! on very height level!! and the lady who was making Aufguss in the sauna with her show 🥰🥰, thank you so much we did really enjoyed our Stay 🙏🙏🙏

it is so connected to nature. everything is from wood and stone and you just completely reconnect!

We stayed in the tent and I guess I thought it would be a bit more like glamping. The beds were not comfortable. I camp quite a bit and my own sleeping pad is more comfortable. The tents are surrounded by RVs as well and you are right next to another tent with a very thin divider between you. It was not what I expected.

The view from the property is gorgeous. The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed taking time to relax in the saunas and pools. Very unique.

The staff was mostly arrogant and unpleasant (with few exeptions), even unpolite. There was no phone in the room, not a pen if you need it, the toiletries were wery poor quality, the ceck out time is 10!!(earliest I have ever heard) an if you do not make it in time you are told that you will be charged the full price of one night, wich I find exagerate; there is no one to help with the luggage if you need, wich for four stars and the price they charge I find a minus. The place would be nice, if the staff would know how to treat guests.

The food was really good, the treehouse was spacious, clean.

In general, the yak tent is very overpriced for what it is. The electrical plugs were in the rain, there are very few trees between spots so no privacy. The people are also packed in. The mattress was also very thin. The "spa" was just a bunch of pools that were lukewarm and gave me a rash. They don't provide shampoo or body soap so bring your own.

Unique experience in a Yak tent and a good breakfast with omlettes, crepes , and the most decent muffin I've had all week. All facilities were very clean.

Great location, if you come in winter or summer season! we were there in between seasons and EVERYTHING was closed 😱 even on the campsite, many facilities weren’t open! to expensive for this time of the year!

The bungalows were really really basic, they didn‘t really get warm, the beds were uncomfortable and the kitchen was really poorly equipped..

Spa and restaurant were nice.

We slept in a tent - did glamping. Although our bed had new sheets and towels, empty bottle from previous guests was left inside the tent, also we found wet towels in the drawers under the tent and cigarete buts in between the boards. We arrived quite late, the grocery store was closed, the food delivery after 8pm was no longer available. Advice for others - be sure to reserve a table in advance in one of two restaurants, because you wont be able to get a table otherwise.
