United KingdomFinding a seat at breakfast was a bit disorganised. Everyone else seemed to have the same table every day but we had a different one each day! I wouldn't have minded but there wasn't always someone on hand to tell us which table we should be at and a couple of times we stood around for a while feeling a bit stupid.
The room was super spacious and very clean. One of the biggest and most modern rooms I have stayed in in Italy. The location is just stunning right in the hills of Lake Garda. Friendly staff and a nice little pool made this just about perfect. The daily free cake and fruit provided were great too! Good breakfast with a lot of choice. I also must add that the shower in the room was absolutely amazing, so powerful and genuinely one of the best things about the room.

The selection of food on offer was outstanding along with the hotel teams customer service , a true credit to the family run hotel. Young drinks waiter was amazing a future manager in the making nothing was too much and his level of customer care was phenomenal.

The location is excellent. The views from the hotel of the lake are stunning and it is only a ten minute walk to the lake through the beautiful little village. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are good. I personally like going before it gets too hot and am not a pool person, but the pool facilities are really good. Although the village gets crowded, there are regular boats to other villages and the delightful Riva del Garda, but Limone itself is a really beautiful place.

Really nice location with fantastic Lake view and easy access to Limone center. Large double room is great with large bathroom and spacious shower. Good TV with abundant choice (for those rainy evenings) Excellent breakfast, loved the fresh orange juice ! Very friendly, Professional and well organised staff. Good parking Fantastic pool

The newly renovated garden suite at the Caravel Hotel was great, but the whole atmosphere at the hotel was great. This is a truly family owned hotel with a strong spirit and focus on service and guests. We really enjoyed our stay and can only give our strongest recommendations. United KingdomOne staff on Reception was rude and refused to speak English, only German. Some waiters were slow to bring drinks, Everyone else was generally friendly and could speak either English or German and were helpful, especially that we had a baby with us. Room was far from breakfast/dinner.
Nice pool area and playground for kids. room was superb, big with a terrace that can easily access pool & car. Not far from city centre and Lake Garda beach.

United KingdomThe assigned seats in the breakfast section was a little confusing, it would be improved if we were welcomed at the door and shown to our seat, if preassigned areas are needed. More soap would be appropriate especially as there was a few sinks or baths that were left without any liquid soap. Tea and coffee amenities were missing in the first room, the second only had tea with no sugar or milk. Would be great to align this to the offering of other 4 star hotels by either providing soluble coffee and creamer or adding coffee machines at least to the superior and suites. Heated towel rails and air con can’t be adjusted or turned on when needed.
Lovely view and great staff in reception. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good parking availability (May), perfect relaxation areas.
