My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect! It was such a great location and Emanuele was the best host!! He was so helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. If we go back to Rome we would definitely stay here again.

This place is everything you need for a trip to Rome, very smart & extremely good hosts who will go out of there way to help with any of your needs, ideally situated, short walks to Colloseum, Trevi Fountain & Roma Termini, lovely restaurants & coffee houses on your doorstep, definitely be recommending this to my friends if they come to Rome

The first morning we didn’t have access to the coffee machine in the communal area but that was resolved for the next day .

The location was great . We could walk to all the attractions . It isn’t very close to any of them but could get to them all with a 15-30 minute walk . There was a bus stop close if you didn’t want to walk . Bars and restaurants around the area were good . Very comfortable large bed and nice spa shower . Helpful staff , made a good restaurant recommendation . Would definitely recommend.

The location and service were perfect! Emanuele was amazing. He went over and above to help us in every way. Everything was close and we walked everywhere to all the major sites and shopping streets. Restaurants everywhere nearby. Coffee across the road was the best we had as well.

Absolutely amazing stay!! We stayed in a deluxe double room with spa bath for 2 nights, perfect central location, about a 12 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum, also walkable to the Roma Termini station and all other major sites. The room was so clean and really modern, it was massive with a king sized bed, tall ceilings, comfy pillows and a fridge, free water, air con, tea and coffee making facilities, kettle, powerful hairdryer, and the bathroom was really modern with a huge spa bath and a big rainfall shower head, provided was toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, shower cap. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor, it is easy to get to the hotel, early check in too which is amazing and you can leave your bags/suitcases at the property when you check out. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Overall I had a WONDERFUL stay at this hotel, probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, I would 100% recommend and I’d happily stay here again if I come to Rome again.

Everything was immaculate in this apartment. Very clean, and beautiful decor. Jacuzzi shower was like having a spa in the room. Everything was lovely, very comfortable and relaxing. Emanuele was very welcoming, and let us leave our bags on the last day which allowed us to make the most of the city. Brilliant location. 100% recommended!

Honestly, hands down the best apartment I have stayed in. With Rome the internet shows you that you’re spoilt for choice with places to stay, often they are deceiving about how close they are to the sites but this place is in the perfect position. It’s 10 minute walk from everything you want to see. It has the added bonus of being in a non touristy location so the food on offer is brilliant. It’s within the district of Monti, which is packed full of great gelato spots, restaurants and bars. The host, Emanuele couldn’t have done enough for us. Talked us through where to go and where not to go. Gave us a map to keep us right. Gave us his mobile number in case we got stuck and needed a hand somewhere in the city. Then offered to hold on to our bags for us so we could go site seeing on our last day. Every morning when we left our room he had a treat for the kids, be it sweets or a bag of cookies for their travels for the day. It was so good that on our last day we were booking to go back!

The property is located in one old building, so the main door of the building and the elevator are quite old but the property itself has been completely refurbished so it looks like new.

The bathroom had some humidity on the ceiling and some walls, but that was insignificant compared to the overall wonderful experience we had!

The property was in the perfect location for exploring Rome with both colosseum and Trevi fountain around 10/15 min walk, plenty of places to eat within a short distance too. Facilities at the property were excellent with large rooms, hairdryers and even straighteners provided, along with toiletries, tea/coffee and mini bar. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Emanuele the host could not have been more helpful. He was absolutely brilliant with our son, particularly when it came to leaving and he was a little upset. No complaints from us, I would recommend for couples and families when visiting the beautiful city of Rome!
