Tv was impossible to understand or get to work to a normal tv channel , wifi was intermittent, very frustrating when trying to use it. location would be limited without a car. Quite a busy road to walk along to the nearest village.

Fantastic hotel with best view of lake maggiore room nice, good parking with friendly staff. Lovely breakfast Comfy beds, would be great in summer when you could access the lake etc

Beautiful location on the shore of the Lago Maggiore. Lovely terrace, little beach to go into the water, lounge chairs, great for a relaxing moment! Our room had a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful location and lake views from the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Lovely village nearby with nice places to eat within short walking distance (note the walk is along the road with a small section without pavement so need to be careful there)

BEING CHARGED FOR PARKING AT THE HOTEL.--------This is a first for me.---Really should be included in the price.

Nice staff.All very good.Nice Position.Short walk to resturaunts.Make sure you have a torch or high visibility jacket for walk home. (No pavement on part of journey)

The position of the Hotel couldn't be better. Family run with quality food and facilities. Bonus of off road parking. Recommend a Lake facing balcony room.

The room was a bit sterile. I think it was the very high ceilings and lack of color. But it was very clean and had everything I needed. Nice little balcony with great view.

Great view! Everything I needed. Breakfast was decent. Very nice that it's included in the price of the hotel room. I walked to the village about 15 minutes. There is about a 50 foot section that has no sidewalk and you walk on the narrow road so that is a bit dangerous but I survived it 4 times. The village is very small but has a few places to dine along the water. It's mainly a beach area/campground.

The quadruple room was on the small side, however very nicely and efficiently furnished.

The view on the lake was fantastic. Breakfast very good. The pirvate beach was very nice to have. Restaurants at walking distance.

All rooms are suited directly on the lake. The coastal road runs to the rear of the hotel, so there only little traffic noise. Direct access to the lake and a small lawn complete the offer. Friendly staff and good italian breakfast. Great value for money.

The location isn’t great but it’s on the lake. The restaurant was closed so the best option was to walk along the busy street to get downtown where there were a few good dinner options. Good for a night but any longer would not be fun.

I don't suggest using of the Hotel restaurant , The food quality was not acceptable at all .

The hotel located in the side of the lake with a privet beach area , a place was so calm and can build a excellent weekend full of calm for you with a unbelievable view from the clean rooms terrace , the breakfast was good and the stuff were really helpful and kind .

This hotel is located off a major road so trying to leave to grab dinner or anything was a risk. Parking is terrible at this location. The rooms are very outdated our room specifically had a horrible smell it smelt like old urine and the smell really came out when you had the shower going. There were hairs in the towels when we went to go and use them.Walking around the room your feet would just be so dirty. When we addressed the concerns to the management lady she didn’t seem to care she had someone come up and poor something in our drain in the bathroom said that should fix it - and no it didn’t. We couldn’t enjoy the hotel we actually left 2 days early didn’t want our kids sleeping in filth. The breakfast that came included in this overpriced hotel was nasty it all looked soggy like it had been left out way to long. There isn’t much access to the water at the hotel as well. There is a small section that you can get in at but watch out for all the boats coming through trying to dock. Save your money stay somewhere else .

They only thing this hotel had going for it was the view of the lake.

It was not cleaned properly, spiderwebs almost everywhere, spiders in the bed. The air conditioner was on in the evening, which only made it cold, the radiator didn't heat up at night either, it was very cold.

We liked that it had its own waterfront. The staff were nice. The bed was comfortable and the pillow too.
