Great location to visit Cinque Terre, in walking distance from the center of Levanto. Clean room, nice bathroom, extensive breakfast, very lovely and helpful staff, parking for our rental car, ... Perfect for a 2-night-stay!

Nothing about the hotel generally. Cooked bacon and eggs at breakfast looked like they are put out at the beginning of breakfast and no plan to cook any more if gone. If you went for a later breakfast you had what was left could they not be cooked in batches during the time breakfast is offered. Everything else was great especially the honey! Thank you.

Location was really good reasonably close to the railway station and sea front. The room was really comfortable with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was smart. Did lack a bit of atmosphere.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. Absolute value for money. Walking distance to train station and to main/centre of Levanto. Not as busy as main Cinque Tera towns.

Nothing - everything was great!

This hotel is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre villages. It is modern, clean and serves a great breakfast. The staff are super helpful and the rooms are spacious, modern and bright and airy. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet only about 5-10 minutes walk into the Centre of Levanto and similar to the train station. Can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful small hotel with lovely lobby, Laura at front desk was amazingly helpful with maps/info about trains and ferries. Easy parking right in front of hotel for only 10E, great location to walk to train or to beach or to ferry. Room had a frig and a safe, there were enough blankets and pillows, toiletries provided. Excellent breakfast in a lovely dining room.

The breakfast could do with some more veggies.

The room was tiny, but it had everything you needed. The AC was much needed and worked perfectly. The stroll to the beach is ok, beach towels were provided without any extra costs. The staff was amazing, they accomodated a very late arrival and even suggested where we could have some food at 11PM. They provided lots of advice for activities and their recommendations for restaurants were very good - and they even reserved a table for us.

The beds are hard.

The room and balcony were great , air on works a treat, breakfast was nice and the hotel is close to everything. The staff were friendly, just wish all the Italians were as nice.

One word: Chiara! She was the best concierge I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years. She took the time to explain things we didn't even think of! She got us beach and dinner reservations but also pointed us to off the beaten path experiences. She upgraded us to a suite for no reason, which simply gave us more space to enjoy our trip! Excellent breakfast in a lovely dining room! Levanto is very walkable and has much to see and do. We parked the car and left it for three days and walked everywhere and took the train to Cinque Terre.

Hotel was in a great location, walking distance from everything! Parking was easy and we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was great and we had a very nice room! They gave great recommendations and were very friendly.

Nothing we didn't like, we would have no hesitation recommending Hotel Carla.

Location is great, just a few minutes walk in either direction takes you to the town centre or railway station. Staff were great, really helpful when we had to extend our stay in Levanto due to a rail strike. Well equipped other than the usual absence of tea and coffee making facilities and the fairly hard mattress, which seems to be standard in Europe.

Breakfast was good and weitress were really friendly. Sometimes will be just fine a small change with food sortiment which was unfortunatelly whole 6 days similar.

Location close to the center, shop with food, main train station and to the restaurants was really fine. Option have parking whole the time in the zone near the hotel was perfekt and also option to have place on the beach was comfortable. Hotel staff was really helpfull and answer all the questions about travelling to Cinque Terre.

I would prefer a room with view to the garden or street (umfortunatelly we had view to a builing).

Very nice hotel, near center as well as train station to cinque terre. We experienced two ladies at the reception and they were tje most kind and helpfull receptionists i’ve ever met. They resolved every request we had e.g. help with parking ans stroring a suitacse even in the day we did not stay in the hotel. Really very supportive and always helpfull. Thank you ladies :) The breakfast was also great ! ;)
