Everything about our stay was great! Massimo and Luisa are a very friendly and helpful couple who were excellent hosts. The apartment was very well equipped, super clean and has a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano. They even had a welcome basket prepared for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation in Lake Lugano! Will gladly stay again 😊

Great location, clean, and views! Easy to travel to Menaggio and catch the ferry to Bellagio. Porlezza is a pleasant surprise and hassle great restaurants. The owners are wonderful and very helpful!

The apartment was fully booked till winter and we could not extend our stay.

The views, the cleanliness, the facilities, and most importantly, the wonderful hosts who made the Bellavista a reality. The apartment is very clean with thorough attention to details. Internal design and furniture are so smart and coherent, reflect high taste of the designers. The facility has it all- great location, complete facilities including washing machine and dish washer, and complete set of cutleries. Hosts speak English very well, and were very happy to provide us with any information we requested to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back next year.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced over many years of travel. The hosts, Massimo and Luisa, couldn't have been more gracious and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The apartment was equipped with everything you might need, including a nice "welcome" gift with a bottle of wine, pasta, cheese, milk and croissants. You could tell they had really looked at it from the guests's perspective. The location is great, overlooking the charming and peaceful village of Porlezza, with easy travel to both Lugano and Lake Como. With the beautiful view from the balcony, one hardly needs to leave the apartment. We highly recommend this property!

Everything is super, nothing to complain.

It is a great apartment near Lugano and Come lakes. The hosts (Massimo and Luisa) are friendly and hospitable. They have prepared a welcome basket with food and drinks. Luisa gave us helpful recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. The apartment is clean, cosy and with well-equipped kitchen. There is an amazing view from terrace. This is an absolute gem of a place for seeing the Lugano/Como area by car. Luisa and Massimo are very friendly and hospitable hosts, making sure we had the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Their 'welcome' basket was a great touch too! The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped and the terrace views are breathtaking. Highly recommended!

The ap is huge. It is super clean. The owner couldn't do anything more to make one feel better than is doing. They prepare a wellcome basket with some pasta and pastry for your arrival and you will have water milk and juice and even a bottle of nice wine in the fridge for your first day witch is more than great to get to after a long drive. The ap it self is wonderful! You have a living room with a sofa witch is attached to the kitchen and a big bedroom with a huge bed. You have air conditioning both in the leaving room and in the bedroom. The kitchen have everything you might need or want. The only thing that is missing is a oven ( not that i need it)but you do have a stove top and a microwave. Big bathroom witch includes a shower and a washing machine that you can use.very good water pressure. And then there is the BALCONY. Well the balcony is worth the money all by himself. It is big and nice fitted with a a table and chairs so you can take your breakfast or dinner outside and the view is just breathtaking!!! It overlooks the whole town and the lake. So its gorgeous!!! So to conclude everything is done with love and respect and shows that the owner see in its guest future friends and not only some people who are going to use their goods.

The house/apartment is located at a "main" road. Those motorcycles and scooters will wake you up in the morning if you don't close the windows at night, which we sometimes didn't to let in some cool air. With windows closed it's fine. There is a second apartment adjacent to this one. The walls are a bit thin at times. Some sort of sunshade on the balcony would be nice. This being said, above points did not prevent us from enjoying our stay at casa Bella Vista 🙂

Luisa and Massimo are very welcoming and friendly hosts. We enjoyed chatting with them whenever there was a chance. They have a well trained and friendly dog, Cheope, The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with some basic groceries like milk, juice and Secco. ☺️ One day, Luisa even made home made, delicious Amarettini for us. The first day, there was some issues with the WiFi. Luisa immediately took care of that and had a technician come over (turned out, the router had to be restarted). The apartment comes with a balcony with a nice view over the lake, AC, dishwasher and washing machine. There are leaflets and flyers on excursions in the vicinity. Also, Luisa and Massimo gave a few tipps and recommendations on where to visit. Private parking is conveniently available. We very much enjoyed our stay. A big thank you.

Everything was fantastic: 1.- The hosts are very lovely people that they were worried about every detail which made us feel very comfortable in their place. 2.- The place has a wonderful view, we stayed 2 nights and every morning was wonderful to wake up with a nice view of Porlezza. If you go by car this place has a good location to see around lugano lake and Como lake. Everything was very cleaned, has everything to stay and come with family. 3.- We highly recommend this place!
