The shower in the bathroom rattles a lot, and it takes a long time to get hot water.

The apartment is located in a medieval alley right in the centre of the historic part of Viterbo. You can get everywhere on foot and take a nice walk. The apartment is clean, spacious, perfectly equipped incl. games for children. The hostess was helpful during the entire stay. She organized a perfect transfer from and to Rome. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos.

Casa Claudia is right in the middle of the beautifull and historic center of Viterbo. It is very tastefull decorated. It's not very spacious but more than enough for two.

I cannot find anything really.

Very good location inside the old city, close to most points of interest and a parking lot outside the city walls. Plenty of space for a family with two kids, clean and with all you need in the apartment.

Full of character, comfortable, clean, spacious and extremely well equipped - right in the heart of the old town. Pubs, restaurants and artists just a few paces away. Viterbo is a real gem and this is a gem of a place. Claudia the host was lovely, too.

Beautiful apartment at the heart of the historic city center. Claudia was a very kind host and everything was perfect, including the November weather :) The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for either a short or a long visit. I would love to come back.

Quite a few youngsters were in the street directly outside the apartment (which is away from the main area tucked back into the old town) playing football against the wall quite late.

The apartment was perfect for us travelling with friends. Claudia’s communication throughout was excellent and she met us at the apartment to hand over keys and show us the facilities. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped

We are at a loss to think of anything.

There was a good choice of breakfast goods such as yogurt, cereals, toast/crackers and biscuits/cakes plus butter, jam, milk, tea/coffee etc. Everything necessary in the form of toiletries was also provided. Reading materials were also welcome. The house itself is spacious, well furnished and altogether excellent accommodation. It really delivered!

The location was absolutely beautiful. The property is right in the medieval quarter of Viterbo so is perfect for exploring and popping into the many bars and restaurants dotted about. It's a gorgeous apartment clearly much loved by Claudia. It had everything we needed and we were supplied with all sorts of snacks, breakfast products and drinks. Claudia was so friendly and helped us with some suggestions for a taxi company and met us on arrival and departure. The car parking space was convenient. Viterbo is a hidden gem and we are already planning our next trip!
