It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Laura’s house while I was in Taormina! It was super close to everything, a minute walk from the main shopping street, but very quiet from all the noises. Same distance from the most amazing public garden and restaurants next street. The beach is a longer walk, but it’s far from all parts of the main areas. The apartment was equipped with all the things you could image! All cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, plug adapters as well! Very comfortable bed, lovely kitchen and nice bathroom. Laura is a very kind host, always willing to help with any of your requests and feel free to ask her if you need anything. 100% recommend. Perfect stay in Taormina.

I am sure that Laura gives one of the best hospitality in Taormina. Our short story is that we had 3 days vacation in Taormina and originally we booked another apartment in Mazzaro which was terrible dirty and their host made the worst support and did not want to fix any of the issues. Then we decided to change to a new apartment and found Casa Cleone on Booking. Laura is a fantastic host, I asked the availability to check in earlier and she did the cleaning of her apartment as quick as possible and waited for us at the front of apartment 3 hours before the official check in. We got her direct phone contact if we may have any questions during our stay. She's a really fantastic host. The apartment is not so big but absolutely enough for 2 persons. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped. The atmosphere of the apartment is very friendly. The location is absolutely perfect to explore the old town of Taormina as it is located only 50 meters from the main walking street Corso Umberto, meanwhile the apartment is very quiet. We are sure to stay in Casa Cleone during our next vacation in Taormina.

- Nothing to dislike, it was exceptional.

- The location of the property is super central. - The property was in extraordinary shape when we checked-in. Very clean, AC-ed, top shape. - Laura, the owner was very communicative and kind. Her check-in instructions were very clear. She left us some snacks and water in the fridge upon arrival. This is a small detail but we highly appreciated it. She also left us some restaurant recommendations, which was nice. Additionally, she offered to keep our luggage at her house after check-out, which was very much appreciated, as our train was later in the day. - The AC and all other facilities such as the stove, fridge, shower etc. worked great. - Overall this property is impeccable and the host is amazing. If you want to stay in Taormina this is the place to go to. I would not think twice about it if I ever returned there.

Absolute gem of a place! We were booked in here for two nights, but unfortunately, we only stayed for one, as our flight was cancelled. You could easily stay in this apartment for a week. It had everything you needed. A definite home from home. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, coffee, cakes, water, hairdryer, toiletries... Perfect location, too. Right in the heart of the village, but also very quiet and peaceful at night. The host was lovely. Great communication and couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay again if we were ever in the area.

The only thing I could think of is that the air conditioner makes a bright light at night. Seriously, there’s nothing to criticise here, the place is gorgeous.

Everything about casa Cleone and Laura, our amazing host, was absolutely fabulous. Laura was incredible. We arrived later than planned for check in and had to check out early so never got to meet her face to face. She was such an amazing communicator over WhatsApp and told us how to check in and out with ease. She also gave us tips on how to get around Taormina and kept checking in on us over WhatsApp. The property is in the BEST location, right in the historic centre of town, amongst all the shops and restaurants. It is also extremely soundproof, has great air conditioning and even a little kitchenette.

The location was phenomenal. Just a two minute walk up the street to all of the shopping and food. The room is on the ground floor but two front doors made it feel very safe. The doors are also very thick which cut out all of the sound.

Nothing what I did not like. only it was a little bit difficult for me to find the place. Except for this matter, it was really comfortable accommodation.

The location was pretty good, Taormina center. Though it was a little bit difficult for me to find this accommodation since there was no sign because this is apartment type hotel, the owner kindly helped me to find it by sending several photos.

Parking in Taormina is a challenge but if you want to experience the city you have to accept it and work through the challenge.

The most challenging aspect of our stay was arrival and understanding the (lack of) parking in Taormina. Laura did a great job helping us to get oriented to the parking situation but in the future I would recommend providing all of this information in advance so we could have planned better. Nonetheless, the location was outstanding as we were literally in the heart of the historic district which enabled us to have a fantastic stay. Attention was paid to every detail in the room; coffee and tea and water was available and the first real hair dryer on our trip which I really appreciated!

A few little things: another pan would be convenient. Not all the kitchen appliance were very clean when we arrived. A real blanket for winter would be even better.

Very cute, cosy, and well decorated apartment in the old center of Taormina. Perfect location. It is small but well equipped, it has everything you need, including a space to put the luggage. The shower is big enough and comfortable. Tue bed is confortable. All clean. Laura has been helpful and nice.

Just missing a good coffee maker!

Fab apartment in the best location. Very clean & comfortable, lots of storage space, great spacious shower. Short 1 minute walk to all the best restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Taormina is mainly pedestrianised so parking about 15 minutes walk away at Porta Catania but no problem with luggage. Good information from owner who is local so always available. Taormina is a lovely town that we will return to for a longer visit next time & would hope that Casa Cleone is available as there is nowhere better!

Very charming place and also calm as it is in a smaller street of Taormina. Just a few steps from the more crowded streets. Confortable bed. Good mood overall in the apartment and the host is great and very responsive. We enjoyed a lot our stay here.
