Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceWe stay there after several days of rain in Asti and the apartment was a little chilly, but not humid. We could have asked to restart the heater/aircon inverter, but we didn’t dare to bother the property owner. There is no owen (microwave, only). Notice; you have to cross the main bedroom to access the bathroom. not a problem for us.
Hi there. A very good choice in Asti not far from the city center. We liked (almost) everything, Netflix access included! Apartment is surprisingly spacious. The host is super friendly and speaks French, in case you need. This place is absolutely recommended.

UkraineWe absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and has everything needed for a long stay. The location is ideal - it’s just 10 min walk to the city centre, a few minutes walk to the top-rated restaurants and bars. There’s a free public parking just across the street and a small park where you can walk your dog in the morning (if you are travelling with your furry friend, it’s a huge plus). By the way, there are no extra charges for a stay with a dog. It might have been just a nice apartment, a good value for money, but this truly a unique place because of its host - Fabio. He is the most outstanding, hospitable, friendly host that we have ever met in our entire lives. No words can describe how delightful we are that we had a chance to meet such an awesome person. He made us feel like visiting an old friend with whom we’ve known each other for ages. I really hope that we will stay at Fabio’s place once again. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to get the best experience in Asti and the whole Piedmont (if not the whole Italy).

IsraelIt was very hot on August 23, there was only one air conditioner in the salon, and there was no any ventilation in the rooms. Some kitchen equipment was broken, and some ants were found there. In some places in the host were dishes with some spices, I believe good smell and anti ants. The keys were connected to the air conditioner tag, which turned it on. So every time we get out, we should turn off the AC (it is impossible in this weather). Some of the rooms had damp marks on the walls. The pictures are also not updated, there is no bath, there is only a shower.
The host is located in the center of the city. Fabio is a very nice guy, very hospital and helpful. It's much better for couples than for family.
